Hallo liebe Community, auch an der Côte d'Azur musste ich natürlich nicht auf ein gutes Bier zum #Beersaturday verzichten. Wobei in diesem Burger Restaurant nur Desperados serviert wurde und das dann mit einem Corona Glas, oh mein Gott! Aber lecker wars trotzdem, sowohl das Bier als auch das Essen.
Das Desperados ist kein klassisches Bier im herkömmlichen Sinne, sondern ein Biermischgetränk mit Tequila-Geschmack. Das Desperados präsentiert sich in einer goldgelben, klaren Farbe und die Kohlensäure ist deutlich sichtbar, mit starker Bläschenbildung. Der Schaum ist weiß und eher schnell wieder weg.
Das dominanteste Aroma ist eine ausgeprägte, süße Note von Tequila und Zitrusfrüchten, insbesondere Zitrone oder Limette. Der typische, malzige Biergeruch tritt in den Hintergrund, ist aber als leichte Basis wahrnehmbar. Der erste Schluck ist erfrischend und leicht süßlich. Der Tequila-Geschmack steht im Vordergrund, ist aber eher mild und nicht brennend. Er ist eher als "Tequila-Aroma" zu verstehen. Die fruchtigen Noten von Zitrone oder Limette sind präsent und sorgen für eine spritzige Säure, die die Süße ausgleicht. Die Kohlensäure ist stark und sorgt für ein kribbelndes, erfrischendes Mundgefühl.
Desperados ist ein leichtes, süßlich-fruchtiges Biermischgetränk, das vermutlich nicht jedem schmecken wird, mir aber schon. Ist einfach mal etwas anderes als reines Bier.

The Desperados isn't a classic beer in the traditional sense, but rather a beer-based mixed drink with a tequila flavor. The Desperados has a golden yellow, clear color, and the carbonation is clearly visible, with strong bubbles. The foam is white and disappears rather quickly.
The most dominant aroma is a distinct, sweet note of tequila and citrus fruits, especially lemon or lime. The typical malty beer smell fades into the background, but is still noticeable as a light base. The first sip is refreshing and slightly sweet. The tequila flavor is prominent, but rather mild and not overpowering. It's more of a "tequila flavor." The fruity notes of lemon or lime are present and provide a crisp acidity that balances the sweetness. The carbonation is strong and creates a tingling, refreshing mouthfeel.
Desperados is a light, sweet and fruity beer mix that probably won't appeal to everyone, but I do. It's simply something different from pure beer.
