Hallo liebe community , Ich bin zurück von meinem Kurztripp nach Nauders am Reschenpass in Österreich. Leider habe ich mir dort auch Corona eingefangen, was für euch aber den Vorteil hat, dass ich nun im Bett liege und ausgiebig über unseren Aufenthalt dort berichten kann. Zum Glück konnte ich den Urlaub dort richtig genießen und die Symptome von Corona sind erst morgens am Abreisetag so richtig aufgetreten.
Aber nun zu unserem Kurztripp. Da Herbstferien waren und wir alle Zeit hatten, dachten wir uns. Es wäre doch schön, mit der ganzen Familie ein paar Tage wegzufahren. Da wir schon mehrmals in Nauderswaren, fiel unserer Wahl relativ schnell hierhin. Bedingt durch die Ferien, dauerte unsere Fahrt recht lange, nämlich inklusive Pausen fast 7 Stunden. Es war aber trotzdem recht entspannt, da wir uns zu dritt beim fahren abwechseln konnten. Und nachdem wir erst mal über den Fern Pass waren, war die Fahrt auch sehr abwechslungsreich aufgrund der tollen Landschaft. Kurz vor Nauders erfuhren wir dann, dass der direkte Weg durch das Tal nach Nauders wegen Bauarbeiten gesperrt war. So mussten wir einen kleinen Umweg über die Schweiz nehmen. Das waren zwar nicht viele Kilometer, aber zeitlich doch noch mal eine halbe Stunde obendrauf. Und zu allem Überfluss schalten sich zwei unserer Handys unbemerkt auf das Schweizer Mobil Netz, welches uns dann jeweils acht Euro Tagespauschale abbucht hat. Ganz toll.
Aber egal, nun waren wir endlich angekommen. Das Hotel, „Mein Almhof“ hatten wir das letzte Mal vor ein paar Jahren besucht und waren damals begeistert. Freundliche Mitarbeiter, toller Service, ein extrem guter Wellnessbereich und ein einfach schönes Hotel. So war es damals. Wenn man heute in das Hotel kommt, wird man sicher auch sagen ein wirklich tolles Hotel. Wir fanden aber, dass es etwas nachgelassen hat und mit dem Hotel von vor ein paar Jahren nicht mehr zu vergleichen war. Versteht mich bitte nicht falsch. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt und ist immer noch ein gutes Hotel, aber eben nicht mehr mit dem Flair von damals. Es waren einfach die Kleinigkeiten, die etwas nachgelassen haben so gab es zum Beispiel im Wellnessbereich nie genügend Handtücher, der Wasserspender. Dort war während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes defekt, das Hotelzimmer war etwas karg eingerichtet, und beim Abendessen musste man schon recht lange auf die einzelnen Gänge warten.
Trotzdem hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt. Wir genossen ausgiebig den Wellnessbereich und machten auch ein paar sehr schöne Wanderungen auch von unserem Ausflug nach Italien. Auf einen überregional bekannten Markt werde ich euch noch berichten. Nun lasst erst mal die Bilder des Hotels auf euch wirken.

Hello dear community, I'm back from my short trip to Nauders on the Reschen Pass in Austria. Unfortunately, I caught Corona there too, but the advantage for you is that I'm now in bed and can report extensively about our stay there. Fortunately, I was able to really enjoy my vacation there and the symptoms of Corona only really appeared in the morning on the day of departure.
But now to our short trip. Since it was the fall holidays and we all had time, we thought it would be nice to go away for a few days with the whole family. Since we've been to Nauders several times, we chose here relatively quickly. Due to the holidays, our journey took quite a long time, namely almost 7 hours including breaks. But it was still quite relaxed, as the three of us could take turns driving. And once we were over the Fern Pass, the journey was also very varied due to the great landscape. Shortly before Nauders, we found out that the direct route through the valley to Nauders was closed due to construction work. So we had to take a little detour via Switzerland. It wasn't many kilometers, but it added another half an hour in terms of time. And to top it all off, two of our cell phones switched to the Swiss mobile network without us noticing, which then charged us a daily flat rate of eight euros each. Great.
But no matter, we had finally arrived. We had last visited the hotel, "Mein Almhof", a few years ago and were delighted. Friendly staff, great service, an extremely good wellness area and a simply beautiful hotel. That's how it was back then. If you come to the hotel today, you'll probably say it's a really great hotel. But we found that it had gone down a bit and couldn't be compared to the hotel from a few years ago. Please don't get me wrong. It was a great stay and it's still a good hotel, but it doesn't have the same flair as it did back then. It was just the little things that went down a bit, for example there were never enough towels in the wellness area, the water dispenser. There was a problem there during our entire stay, the hotel room was a bit sparsely furnished, and at dinner you had to wait quite a long time for the individual courses.
Nevertheless, we had a lovely stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the wellness area and also went on a few very nice hikes, including on our trip to Italy. I will tell you about a nationally known market. Now let the pictures of the hotel sink in.
