I reached a 10,000-activity count yesterday. I think I got the most from them by walking. After preparing food and washing the dishes, I walked to our compound for several minutes.
And in the afternoon, after attending our meeting, my sister and I walked down the boulevard, going home. And in the evening, I ironed some clothes.
