I started saving one HBD a day last May 1 and have done so diligently since. The funds I use for this exercise is from Rising Star Game. Rising Star Game is an NFT Play to Earn music career game where you earn STARBITS where I'm getting around 15,000 Starbits a day. All is converted to Hive and anything in excess of 1 HBD, I use for power up.
My account now have 47.73 HBD from 10 HP and 1,000 HP from 650 HP. Of course not all of the increase came from Rising Star, some are from author and curation rewards, some are winnings from giveaways and around 70 Hive from Binance when it was 2.2 Hive to a dollar. Interest earned for the past 30 days is 0.48HBD, this is like 1 year worth of interest if you placed your funds in a traditional bank.

Since I now have 1,000 HP, I decided to have a different goal for June. Saving one HBD daily is something I would like to continue until I have a substantial HBD savings so I will lessen my power ups and try to buy one Splinterlands base card as long as it's cheap (~$1). Splinterlands will be changing the rewards system starting with the 75th season, it will reduce the rewards if you use the base cards provided so I plan to own most of the ones I use to play if I can afford it.
