I wonder if actifit only also works for swimming activities. I am not so much of a walker or gyn goers these days but I swim 2x/week and sometimes even more.
It's one of my hobbies that I manage to do constantly. Swimming helps with posture as well as increasing our lung capacity.
If you've been friends of mine for so long, you definitelty know how much swimming means to me.

Maybe, if I could add, with swimming there has to be some additional information such as duration or maybe laps.
If you don't like team sports and prefer quiet sports, swimming is definitely for you.
