Hi everyone! Last Thursday, our company organized a one-day getaway for the team, and we headed to Elimalat, a lush and breezy forest area in Mazandaran province.
I joined the trip with my coworkers, not knowing that this day would turn into one of the most exciting experiences I’ve had in a long time.
The #journey began with breakfast and dancing After about two hours on the road, we stopped for breakfast in the fresh morning air.
The tea was warm, the bread was soft, and the forest around us felt peaceful.
Once we were back on the bus, the energy shifted—music started playing, and soon we were all dancing, laughing, and enjoying the ride like a group of old friends.
When we reached the lake, there were several outdoor activities available.
To join in, we had to buy tickets.
I picked one that caught my eye: Safari at Maya Tiger Park.
I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I was curious—and ready for an adventure.
Face to face with wild tigers
We boarded special safari vehicles and entered a protected forest area where four young tigers lived: Damoon, Vandad, Maya, and Elima.
They were just two years old, but their size was incredible.
The guide stopped the car and used chunks of meat to draw the tigers closer.
They leapt onto the vehicle, and for a few intense moments, we were eye-to-eye with their sharp teeth and powerful presence.
It was thrilling, a little scary, and strangely beautiful.
Nature’s wonder and a quiet thought
Watching these animals so closely made me feel both amazed and a little sad.
Why do we need fences and cages to keep them safe from us?
Maybe there are reasons I don’t understand.
I just hope one day, every creature can live freely in its own space, far from harm and fear.
Elimalat gave us more than just a fun day. It offered a rare connection to #nature and a reminder of how wild beauty still exists. I’m grateful for the experience, and I’ll carry it with me.
Have you ever had a moment like this with wildlife? I’d love to hear about it.
Until next time, stay kind, curious and let #nature surprise you. 🌸
