sports on the beach

Hi all friends!!!

On this occasion I want to write about sports on the beach. This afternoon I went back to the sea jambo mosque to play ball there because I haven't exercised in a few weeks and my body has gotten bigger and this is what I'm most afraid of because usually my body is in balance with my weight.

After the prayer, I moved because I really wanted to play ball and wanted to go back to my activities every evening so that my body would be healthy and no longer sick. As time went on, I finally got there and the beach atmosphere was very beautiful, especially this afternoon, the sun was a bit hot.

After parking the train, I started jogging on the seafront so that my physique would return to normal as before. The first day I exercised, my body ached all because the muscles were all stiff because I didn't exercise. After jogging, I warmed up so that my body was not stiff anymore. The atmosphere of the beach is very beautiful and the sunlight is also very fitting in the eyes.

So that makes me more excited to exercise. On this day the beach is very dirty, different from other days, it is clean and very pleasing to the eye. However, even though the beach is dirty, I still exercise because I really want to lose weight in a month because I don't feel it anymore when my body gets better like before.
