Hi my loving Actifiters,
Greetings guys! I'm back to this awesome community again here with another impressive tour inside of mother nature. Yesterday was a Poya day, so I had a day off. Since I had no other duties and my daughter was on school vacation, I felt like visiting a place that was resplendent in the green colors of nature. Accordingly, I told my daughter to prepare for this trip, centering on the village of Thellambura. Since it was quite a distance from home, this journey was not possible to walk. Therefore, I took my wife's scooter and left home with my daughter. Since it was a Poya day, there was little traffic, and a large number of devotees could be seen near the temple.

Since the Unawatuna historical Welle Devalaya festival started yesterday, it took a long time to pass the Unawatuna area. Although it was easy to avoid even in a traffic jam on a motorbike, the heavy traffic took a long time. We had to pass the Kottawa Conservation Area, where I walked on Wednesday. That is because Thellambura village is located beyond the Kottawa forest. Tea plantations can also be seen here and there in Thellambura village, which contributes to the production of low-country tea.

As we passed the Kottawa reserve, we were able to enjoy the fresh air. My daughter also wore sunglasses, and she enjoyed the journey more. The Kottawa reserve can be described as a region with high biodiversity value. We got off the scooter and walked for a while to breathe in the natural air. It really boosted our energy.

By the time we reached Thellambura town, it was almost noon. It took a long time due to the morning traffic jam. The sun was also shining brightly. We stopped the scooter at a parking lot near the town and walked slowly forward, watching nature. The sunlight fell on the leaves of the trees and turned bright green. Along with the intense heat, clouds were constantly moving in the sky.

Thellambura village is also surrounded by several small mountain ranges located at a certain height above sea level. With the intense heat, my whole body was covered in sweat. Even though it was raining, I wondered why even a rain cloud did not come and cover the sun. It was so difficult to bear the heat of the sun. By bringing water bottles from home, I was able to protect myself from dehydration. The best drink for the sun is clean water.

As the sun was getting hotter, we both went under some large shady trees and ate egg rolls. It was also warm, which made it easier to eat, and hunger also contributed to it. The shade provided by trees is a beneficial thing from Mother Nature. This is a common beneficial feature for wild animals as well. It is a matter of happiness that I was able to cross the 6000 steps, no matter how difficult it was. Not only me, but my daughter also got a better experience yesterday.
