And there are also people who spend their weekends relaxing and enjoying themselves. Since ancient times, our public sector has been seriously collapsing. There are many reasons for this, but the main reason can be mentioned as the excessive number of holidays. While private sector employees work on weekends, all public sector employees spend their time at home on holidays. In fact, even though it is known that this is a reason for the collapse of the public sector, no government is taking action for this yet. So let's move on to the content related to this topic.
I will give my opinion on the question of whether it is really appropriate to work on weekends or not. Many people are working five days a week. Then, I am not very keen on the temptation to spend the remaining two days (the weekend) relaxing. Anyone can work on Saturday for the first time. Workers in the construction sector who work for daily wages work every day for their livelihood, and they do not expect relaxing weekends. So if people think about weekends in this way, there is definitely the possibility of working.
The remaining one and a half days of the weekend should be spent relaxing. Because continuous work can affect creative thinking and efficiency due to brain fatigue. After working for 5.5 days at a time, the remaining 1.5 days should be kept for fun and relaxing with family and loved ones. I do not recommend working the entire weekend or spending the entire weekend relaxing. People should work to achieve greater productivity during the period of their efficiency. It is not about spending time lazily and relaxing.
I think that if government institutions are opened and government employees are given the opportunity to work at least one evening on weekends, public approval will increase and there is an opportunity to rebuild the public service. How can the private sector move up by earning high income while the public sector in the country is collapsing? There is a very simple formula here.
