Ingredientes: Porción por 4 Personas.
• ½ Kilo de Espaguetis.
• 1 Kilo de tomates rojos.
• Cebolla morada , ajo, tomillo orégano, perejil seco.
• 2 Onza de aceite de oliva.
• Sal y pimienta.
• 1-1/2 Litro de agua potable.
Ingredients: Portion for 4 People.
• ½ Kilo of Spaghetti.

• Purple onion, garlic, thyme, oregano, dried parsley.
• 2 ounce of olive oil.
• Salt and pepper.

Elaboracion/ Elaboration.
• Enjuagamos y eliminamos semilla y cascaras a cebolla y los ajos cortamos en trozo, los rallamos y reservamos.
