Ingredientes Porción para 6 Personas.
• 15 Laminas o lasaña de pastas para pasticho.
• 3 Platanos maduros.
• 1 Kilo de carne de res molida.
• 250 Gramos de jamon de pierna , 100 gramos de tocineta.
• 250 Gramos de queso amarillo rebanado, 100 gramos de queso duro, 30 gramos de queso pecorino.
• 4 Onzas de aceite de oliva, salsa inglesa, mostaza.
• 5 Onzas de aceite de maíz.
• 6 Tomates rojos grandes, 1 cebolla morada, ajo triturado, perejil seco hojas de albahaca sal y pimienta
• 1 Cucharada de pasta de tomate, ½ cucharadita de azúcar.
• Bechamel (leche liquida, queso rallado, fecula de maíz margarina) licuado y cocinado cantidad necesaria.
• 5 Litros de agua potable.
