Life is a circle 🛞 of happiness 😃 and sometimes sadness 😢 hard times and happy times, but it's only a matter of time and how we decide to accept and endure each time ⏱️ because both teach us a lesson in our lives, and also help us mature and teach us how to cope with any situation or process that comes our way in life 🧬🫵 . So we must remember that if at any time we go through a difficult time, remember that calmer times will come ✨🙏.
Sometimes it's not that life weighs us down too much, it's that we carry things we don't need, such as thoughts that aren't ours, burdens that aren't ours, guilt inherited from fear 🥹. Freeing yourself isn't always letting go of something 🫵 sometimes it's also remembering who you are.
That's why every day that passes, life teaches us a lesson.

La Vida es un círculo 🛞 de felicidad 😃y algunas veces tristeza 😢 tiempos durós y tiempos felices pero sólo es cuestión de tiempo y de como decidamos tomarlo y sobrellevar cada tiempo ⏱️ porqué ambos nos dejan una enseñanza en nuestras vidas, y también nos ayuda a madurar y nos enseñan a sobrellevar cualquier situación o proceso que se nos presente en la vida 🧬🫵 . Así que debemos recordar que si en algún momento atravesamos un momento difícil recuerda que llegarán momentos serenos ✨🙏.
En algunas ocasiones no es que la Vida nos pese demasiado es que llevamos encima lo que no necesitamos, cómo por ejemplo pensamientos que no son tuyos cargas que no nos corresponden culpas heredadas del miedo 🥹, liberarse no siempre es soltar algo🫵 algunas veces también es recordar quien eres.
Por eso cada día que pasa la vida nos deja una enseñanza.
