Afghani Anda recipe

Hello hi everyone greetings to all of you and welcome to my another blog. I hope you guys all are well and making delicious recipes. and other activities related to creative-sunday. Today I am here with my new recipe which is very delicious and different in making of eggs. I cooked Afghani Anda recipe for dinner. It's Cooked very yummy that everyone asked me for telling them recipe. My cousin also took details of this recipe. I also cooked it full of my heart ❤️. I also want to share with all of you let's start the process.

Ingredients

6 eggs

Onions

Ginger garlic

Green chillies

Spices

Salt

Black pepper

White pepper

Garam masala

Dry grind coriander

Half cup yogurt

Half packet milk cream

Dried fenugreek leaves

Process

First I peeled onions and ginger garlic then I took a pan put some oil and added these cut ingredients. I stirfry just 2. 3 minutes then took out and put them in a blender jug also added half cup water and grind these ingredients for making paste. Now again I took some oil in the pan added paste and cooked it. Then I added whole spices like salt black pepper and white pepper. Then I added half cup yogurt and cooked gravy.

At the other side I boiled eggs. After boiling I took one tablespoon red chilli and one tablespoon turmeric and one tablespoon oil mixed them in a frying pan then added boiled eggs and stir fried for two minutes.

After this I added these eggs in the gravy and mixed well. At the last I added half cup milk cream and covered the lid under low flame.

After 5 to ten minutes I opened the lid and spread some fenugreek leaves for aroma.

Final look

I served it with flatbread whole family members enjoyed it. Don't forget also giving me feedback. See you soon. Bye bye.
