Dahi Bhaly for lunch cravings 🤤 also popular among many people

Hello hi everyone how are you greetings to all of you and welcome to my blog. Hope you guys all are well. I am also here with my second post in @asean.hive. Today i made very tasty and my most favourite lunch cravings Dahi Bhaly. So I thought to share with all of you. I will tell you the ingredients and spices for making this recipe. So let's start.

Ingredients

Half kg potatoes

Half kg white chickpeas

One kg yogurt

Two onions

One tomato

Green chillies

Tamarind

Basen phulkiyan

One cucumber

Spices

Salt as per taste

Chat masala

Black pepper

Sugar

Process

First I boiled potatoes and white chickpeas in the pressure cooker for half an hour.

Then I cut potatoes into small pieces put them in a big bowl. At the other side I soaked phulkiyan in the water also fifteen minutes. Then I cut onions into slices then washed them. I also cut cucumber green chillies and tomato into small pieces. I cut whole ingredients and put them in a plate.

At the other side I cooked tamarind in the water adding sugar red chilli flakes and black pepper for sauce. I cooked until it turns out in the thick sauce.

Now I started the process which is very simple. I put boiled white chickpeas in the cut potatoes then added cut tomatoes onions green chillies cucumber.

I spread some salt and mixed well whole ingredients.

At the last I spread yogurt on the top and sprinkle chat masala and black pepper. I also spread tamarind sauce for giving final look. Dahi Bhaly are ready for eating 😋.
