Hello hi everyone how are greetings to all of you and welcome to my blog. Hope you guys all are well and preparing delicious food. This is also my entry for the new weekly Hive Top Chef competition. In my previous post @qurator and whole team gave me good review. So in new competition I am also trying new recipe related to the title Freshness Overload . I prepared very delicious and mouthwatering White chickpeas with boiled eggs. It's also full of freshness Overload and most favourite of my family. So I want to share with all of you. First I will tell you ingredients and spices then start the process.
Ingredients
Half chickpeas
Half cup yogurt
Four green chillies
Two onions paste
Ginger garlic paste as required
Four eggs
Tomato puree
Spices
Salt
Red chilli flakes
Red chilli
Turmeric
Garam masala
Cumin seeds
Dry coriander
Process
First I soaked chickpeas for four hours in the light of sun then I washed very well. I boiled them adding one tablespoon salt.
At the other side of stove I took a pan put some oil. Then added onions and green chillies paste. I fried it in the oil for two minutes.
Later on I added tomato puree and ginger garlic paste also stir fry for two minutes. Then I added whole spices in the gravy. I also added half cup yogurt for taste.
After frying gravy for five minutes I added boiled chickpeas in the gravy then stir fry for two minutes. I also added one glass water at the last then covered with lid put on midum flame.
At the other side of stove I boiled eggs. After fifteen minutes eggs were boiled and I opened lid spread green coriander black pepper and garam masala. I also added boiled eggs in the chickpeas.
I dish out in a plate for presenting final look.
