Hello hi everyone how are you greetings to all of you and welcome to my another blog in @asean.hive. I am also here with my new recipe which is also my most favourite. I cooked Beans with chicken wings for lunch cravings 🤤. I want to share my recipe with all of you. First I will tell you ingredients and spices then process.
Ingredients
One kg beans
Half kg wings
Two onions
Ginger garlic paste
Green chillies
Tomato
Spices
Salt
Red chilli as you required
Turmeric
Chilli flakes
Dry coriander
Garam masala
Black pepper
Process
First I peeled beans then washed them well under water. Then I took a pan put some oil then added cut onions for frying. At the other side I made paste of ginger garlic and green chillies. After this I added paste and tomato in the onion and stir fry.
After frying for five minutes I added chicken wings and also fry it.
When chicken turn into golden brown shade then I added whole spices that I mentioned above. I always used my home available spices. I added one glass water for cooking whole spices into the chicken very well.
After cooking five to seven minutes I added beans in the chicken wings then fried and mixed well. Later on I added two glass water for cooking the beans.
I put on midum flame still drying the water and cooking the beans. After 15 to 20 minutes I opened the lid then fry a minute so that they left oil. I dish out also in a plate cut cucumber and eat with flatbread. You can see final look.
