Hello hi everyone how are you greetings to all of you and welcome to my another blog. As usual I came here with my new recipe also for sharing with all of you in @asean.hive. I am the only one who cooks meals for the whole family. That's why I try also different recipes. Today I prepared Beef soup in black pepper and yogurt. I often make this recipe but today I want to share. The ingredients and process is very easy. Let's start.
Ingredients
Half kg Beef
One cup yogurt
Ginger garlic paste two tablespoons
Tomato slices
Green chillies
Green coriander
Lemon slices
Spices
Salt
Black pepper
Turmeric
Process
First I took half kg fresh beef washed it under the water then I put it in the pressure cooker added 2 glass water for boiling. I covered pressure and boiled until 80 percent cooked.
I added required oil in the boiled beef then added ginger garlic paste. I also added cut tomatoe slice and cooked for two minutes.
Later on I added spices like salt black pepper green chillies and turmeric. I also cooked it for two minutes.
After cooking spices I added one cup yogurt for the taste in the gravy of beef and cooked until oil separated. I covered under low flame for five to ten minutes.
We can also add one glass water for making soup. I dish out in a bowl spread green coriander and lemon slices for beautiful presentation.
Final look
