Hello, dear coffee lovers! Today I'm going to tell you about my experience trying and, above all, enjoying a new way of drinking coffee. At home, we usually like to drink coffee with milk, and sometimes I add a few drops of vanilla essence to improvise a version of “Vanilla Latte.” But when I went to the supermarket and arrived at my favorite section (the coffee section 😍), I found a product that I always wanted to try: Coffee Mate, which is powdered milk cream to add to coffee😃, so I didn't hesitate to add this product to my shopping cart.
Since I started using it, I've fallen completely in love with the product because it dissolves perfectly in coffee, without leaving any unpleasant lumps, and it effectively adds a different and interesting consistency to the coffee. While still liquid, it becomes slightly thicker, but only a little, like when you drink coffee that has been made in one of those coffee shop machines. It's something like that. It even had a lot of foam, but I forgot to take a photo before I started drinking my coffee. On the other hand, I realized that unlike liquid milk, this way of adding that smooth and creamy touch is more effective in the sense that it doesn't cool the coffee, as happens when you add milk directly. In my particular case, whenever I add liquid milk, I heat it up first, precisely to prevent the coffee from cooling down, but this takes too much time, and if I add powdered milk, I like the taste and consistency, but it's almost inevitable that it will leave lumps, which I have to strain out, and obviously this also takes time.
Let me invite you to have a cup, even if it's only virtual 😄 because seriously, this coffee is delicious. The cream didn't alter its original flavor and also gave it a very smooth texture, like coffee from a professional coffee shop, so I accompanied it with some delicious pancakes for breakfast.

¡Hola, queridos amigos amantes del café! Hoy voy a hablarles de mi experiencia probando y sobre todo disfrutando una nueva manera de tomar el café, usualmente en casa nos gusta tomar el café con leche, y en ocasiones yo particularmente le añado unas gotas de esencia de vainilla para improvisar una versión de "Latte Vainilla" pero cuando fui al supermercado y llegué a mi sección favorita (la de los cafés 😍) encontré un producto que siempre quise probar, se trata de Coffee Mate, la cuál se trata de crema de leche en polvo para añadir al café😃, así que no dudé en añadir este producto al carrito de compra.
Desde que lo estoy usando me enamoré completamente del producto porque se disuelve perfectamente en el café, sin dejar grumos desagradables, además efectivamente le añade una consistencia diferente e interesante al café, sin dejar de ser líquido este se vuelve ligeramente más espeso, pero solo un poco, como cuando bebes un café que ha sido elaborado en una de esas máquinas de cafetería, es algo así, incluso tenía mucha espuma pero yo olvidé tomar la foto antes e incluso ya había comenzado a beber mi café. Por otra parte me di cuenta que a diferencia de la leche liquida esta manera de añadirle ese toque suave y cremoso es más efectiva en el sentido de que no enfría el café, como si sucede cuando añades leche directamente. En mi caso particular siempre que añado leche líquida la caliento primero, precisamente para evitar que el café se enfríe, sin embargo esto me quita demasiado tiempo, y si añado leche en polvo me gusta el sabor y la consistencia pero es casi inevitable que deje grumos, los cuales tengo que colar y obviamente esto también me quita tiempo.
Permítanme invitarles a ustedes una taza, aunque sea de manera virtual 😄 porque enserio, este café está delicioso, la crema de leche no le alteró su sabor original y además le aportó una textura muy suave, como café de cafetería profesional, así que lo acompañé con unas deliciosas panquecas en el desayuno.
