Greetings, dear friends of the Vibes community. I am delighted to be here once again for this new edition, number 39, which brings us together around music. On this occasion, we have a very special theme: remembering those songs from films that not only marked the history of cinema, but also left their mark on music.

I must confess that choosing a song was not easy. I had so many options in mind and I had a hard time deciding, until I remembered this gem: A Thousand Years, an immortal ballad by Christina Perri that gave voice to the eternal love of Edward and Bella in The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1. It was the second single from the album and one of the singer's most iconic songs.

I've always been a fan of ballads that convey a message of deep love, and this one, in particular, manages to connect us in a very special way with the story of Edward and Bella. It is a love that transcends time, a feeling without limits.

I have wanted to perform this song for a long time, and thanks to this space, I have been able to make it a reality. I hope you enjoy my version as much as I enjoyed recording it.

Saludos, queridos amigos de la comunidad de Vibes. Me alegra estar presente una vez más en esta nueva edición, la número 39, que nos reúne alrededor de la música. En esta ocasión, con un tema muy especial: recordar esas canciones de películas que no solo marcaron la historia del cine, sino que también dejaron huella en la música.

Debo confesar que elegir una canción no fue nada fácil. Tenía muchísimas opciones en mente y me costaba decidirme, hasta que recordé esta joya: A Thousand Years, una balada inmortal de Christina Perri que dio voz al amor eterno de Edward y Bella en La Saga Crepúsculo: Amanecer - Parte 1. Fue el segundo sencillo del álbum y en uno de los temas más icónicos de la cantante.

Siempre he sido fan de esas baladas que transmiten un mensaje de amor profundo, y esta, en particular, logra conectarnos de una manera muy especial con la historia de Edward y Bella. Es un amor que trasciende el tiempo, un sentimiento sin límites.

Desde hace mucho tiempo deseaba interpretar esta canción, y gracias a este espacio he podido hacerlo realidad. Espero que disfruten mi versión tanto como yo disfruté grabarla.
