Yesterday was a very special day: my birthday. From early on, it was filled with love, good vibes, and moments that I want to keep in my heart. And since Hive is also part of my life, I wanted to come and share a little bit of what I experienced on this important day for me.
Ayer fue un día muy especial: mi cumpleaños. Desde temprano estuvo lleno de cariño, buenas vibras y momentos que quiero guardar en el corazón. Y como Hive también forma parte de mi vida, quise venir a compartir un pedacito de lo que viví en esta fecha tan importante para mí.
My birthday brought a radical change: I decided to cut my hair. It was very long, and I decided to try something different. I had worn it like this before, so I knew what to expect, but this time I felt much more confident about it. I loved the result. I feel comfortable and happy, and to my surprise, the comments were overwhelmingly positive.
El cumpleaños llegó con un cambio radical: decidí cortarme el cabello. Lo tenía muy largo y me animé a probar algo distinto. Ya lo había usado así antes, así que sabía lo que me esperaba, pero esta vez lo recibí con mucha más seguridad. El resultado me encantó, me siento cómoda, feliz y, para mi sorpresa, los comentarios fueron súper positivos.
The celebration was with my family, just the way I like it. An afternoon filled with laughter, music, and the warmth of my loved ones. My brother, sister-in-law, nephew, aunt, and friends who are like siblings to me were all there. Honestly, I had everything I needed: sincere company, camaraderie, and lots of love.
La celebración fue en familia, como más me gusta. Una tarde entre risas, música y el calor de los míos. Estuvieron mi hermano, mi cuñada, mi sobrino, mi tía mamá y también amigos que para mí son como hermanos. La verdad es que no me faltó nada: compañía sincera, complicidad y mucho amor.
The gifts were not long in coming either. And although I always say that the most valuable thing is having my loved ones by my side, I cannot deny that I was moved to receive such special gifts from people who are with me every day. What's more, the cake and snacks that afternoon were a gift in themselves, prepared with such love that they made the celebration even more special.
Los regalos tampoco se hicieron esperar. Y aunque siempre digo que lo más valioso es tener a mis seres queridos a mi lado, no puedo negar que me emocionó recibir esos detalles tan especiales de personas que me acompañan día a día. Además, la torta y los pasapalos de esa tarde fueron un regalo en sí mismos, preparados con tanto cariño que hicieron que la celebración fuera aún más especial.
The moment of singing Happy Birthday was very meaningful. As I blew out the candles, I thanked God for another year of life, remembered those who are no longer physically with us but live on in my heart, and asked for what I consider most important: health. I am convinced that everything else will always come as a bonus.
El momento de cantar cumpleaños fue muy significativo. Mientras soplaba las velas agradecí a Dios por un año más de vida, recordé a quienes ya no están físicamente, pero viven en mi corazón, y pedí lo que considero más importante: salud. Estoy convencida de que lo demás siempre llega por añadidura.
In short, I had a great time. It was a birthday full of memories that will stay with me forever, a reminder of how lucky I am to have people who love me and accompany me on this journey of life.
