# The Silence that Transforms
Clouds of thoughts travel through my mind,
like butterflies searching for a new garden.
In the midst of this resounding silence,
a lantern of light is lit,
one of those that flicker inside you...
awakening your soul, murmuring calmly,
reminding you that true magic
begins when you stop fighting.
Yes, stop fighting all those inner monsters,
all those whispers that keep you from moving forward,
all those feelings of guilt,
that sharp pain you can't leave behind...
Just start letting go...
I understood that gratitude is often the bridge,
the one that connects your current reality
with the threads of the infinite universe,
which has different ways for us to move forward in store for us.
Just by letting go,
remaining silent,
letting the universe work its magic,
connecting and vibrating with it,
when you reach this level,
there you will find peace,
the peace you crave and need in your heart...
It is only the sacred key,
hold on to it like a child,
with a new toy,
hold it tight,
it is nothing more than a sign,
don't lose it,
because in the quantum field,
what you already cover with love, hope, and faith...

The pain of my loss is real,
many times we let it change us,
I must let go,

I must understand

that broadcasts my purest desires to the attentive universe,
that just by holding my breath,
learning to connect with each breath,
centering it within me,

can deliver its original work to me.

Nimbos de pensamientos viajan por mí mente,
como esas mariposas buscando que buscan nuevo jardín.
En medio de este silencio sonoro,
Se enciende un farol de luz,
de esos que parpadean en tu interior…
despierta tu alma, musitando con calma,
recordándote que la verdadera magia,
comienza cuando dejas de luchar.
Sí de luchar con todos esos mostros internos,
con todos esos murmullos que no te dejan avanzar,
con todos esos sentimientos de culpa,
con ese dolor puntiagudo que no puedes dejar atrás…
Tan solo comienza a soltar…
Entendí que muchas veces la gratitud es el puente,
ese que conecta tu realidad actual,
con los hilos del universo infinito,
que nos tiene deparados diferentes formas para avanzar.
Con tan solo soltar,
permanecer en silencio,
dejando que el universo haga su magia,
que te conectes y vibres con él,
cuando alcances este nivel,
allí encontrarás la paz,
esa que aclamas y necesitas en tu corazón…
Tan solo es la llave sagrada,
aférrate como un niño,
con juguete nuevo,
apriétala con fuerza,
no es más que una señal,
no la pierdas,
que en el campo cuántico,
lo que ya cubres con amor, esperanza y fe…
Tan solo es tuyo...
El dolor de mi pérdida es real,
muchas veces dejamos que nos cambie nuestra forma,
debo soltar,
debo aceptar lo que no puedo cambiar,
lo que no depende de mí,
lo que no puedo controlar,
tan solo debo hacer el voto del silencio,
aprender a escuchar las vibraciones del universo,
vibrar desde el amor,
recordar a mi hija bonito,
de las huellas que ella nos dejó…
Tan solo debo aprender a no vibrar desde el dolor,
la ira,
la culpa,
esa que me sumerge en la depresión…
Tan solo debo enfocarme en mi interior,
para que mi exterior empiece a cambiar,
aprender a calmar mis pensamientos,
practicando el voto sigiloso,
dejar que el universo haga su obra,
para que eso no defina mi estado emocional…
La tristeza para muchos es una nube pasajera,
que en el tiempo podemos hacer desaparecer,
debo trabajar fuerte,
para mantener mi esencia,
esa que quizás no este intacta,
pero desde allí empezaré a renacer,
como ese Ave Fénix,
como un diamante que nace del vacío.
Respirar debo aprender,
escucha los susurros silenciosos de mi alma,
debo aprende a confiar en mi yo futuro,
pues Él ya conoce el camino,
y me guía a través de las señales que emite el universo…
Debo aprender a compasar con las sincronicidades,
con esos encuentros fortuitos,
esas apariciones que parecen casuales,
pero que tan solo son orquestadas,
por la clarividencia sempiterna del universo.
Debo comprender,
que ese vacío en mi interior no es ausencia,
esta lleno de esos momentos que viví con mi hija en la vida,
lo bueno que he tenido en el tiempo,
debo adueñarme de eso,
de ese espacio lleno de potencial,
es una fortaleza,
es una torre de radio,
que emite mis deseos más puros al universo atento,
que tan solo conteniendo mi aliento,
aprendiendo a conectarme con cada respiración,
centrarla en mi interior,
para tan solo el universo,
pueda entregarme su obra original.
