[ENG] [ESP] We held Pro-Fund Workshops | Hicimos talleres pro-fondos 💜🎓

About a week ago, my graduating class in Psychology and I held a series of workshops to raise funds for our graduation ceremony. As many of you may know, funding this event (especially in my country) is really expensive, so we decided to work as a team and organize this type of activity. Yes, the main motivation is funding, but there's also a lot of learning behind it. The organization took a lot of time and effort, including contacting the teachers who would provide the information, arranging dates and times, and then the entire advertising process, including ticket sales and certificate distribution. Oh! And I almost forget! I also helped with logistics. In my case, I only went for a couple of days because I was busy the other days, but I was very active in the advertising process. I designed many of the flyers and videos that were shared on social media, especially on our Instagram, where I was tasked with posting stories almost every day in addition to responding to comments and DMs. Honestly, I really liked how the ad turned out. I must also highlight the incredible work the entire group did in managing this activity, as everyone contributed greatly to ensure it was carried out in the best possible way. The speakers also did a spectacular job, providing information in a professional and ethical manner, with in-depth knowledge of their field. All the effort was worth it, especially seeing how much the participants enjoyed the workshops 💜

Hace una semana aproximadamente en conjunto con mi promoción de graduandos en Psicología realizamos una serie de talleres formativos con la intención de recaudar fondos para nuestro acto de grado. Como quizás muchos sabrán, costear este acto (y más en mi país) es realmente costoso, por lo que decidimos trabajar en equipo y organizar este tipo de actividades donde sí, la motivación principal son los fondos, pero también hay mucho aprendizaje detrás de eso. La organización llevó bastante tiempo y esfuerzo, entre contactar a los docentes que facilitarían la información, cuadrar fechas y horas, luego todo el proceso de publicidad y como tal, la venta de entradas así como la entrega de certificados. ¡Casi no olvidaba! También asistir para ayudar con la logística. En mi caso, fui solo un par de días porque no estaba ocupada el resto de días, pero donde sí estuve muy activa fue en la publicidad. Diseñé muchos de los flyers y videos que se compartieron por las redes, especialmente en nuestro Instagram donde tuve la tarea de postear historias casi todos los días además de responder comentarios y DM's. Honestamente me gustó mucho cómo me quedó la publicidad. También debo destacar el increíble trabajo que hizo todo el grupo para gestionar esta actividad, ya que todos aportaron bastante para que se llevaran a cabo de la mejor manera. Las facilitadoras también lo hicieron espectacular, impartiendo información de forma profesional, ética y con un profundo conocimiento de su área. Todo el esfuerzo valió la pena, sobretodo al ver cómo los participantes disfrutaron las jornadas de talleres 💜
