Hi pet lover friends, I hope you all are doing very well and staying healthy. Today is my very first post in this community, and I’m going to introduce you to my lovely pets.
Personally, I really love keeping cats, birds, and fish as pets. Especially, I love cats a lot. However, I haven’t started keeping a cat yet. When I was a child, I had a small kitten, but unfortunately, I lost it due to some circumstances. Since then, I haven’t raised any cats again, though I still have a strong desire to have one in the future.
Besides cats, I really love talking birds. I currently have two birds that can talk. One of them is a parrot that I bought just a few days ago for 3,000 taka. I often give it different kinds of fruits to eat. Since bringing it home, I’ve been taking care of it and training it to talk. It has already learned to say a few things like “I will eat rice” and “My name is Mithu.” Sometimes it even sings and whistles beautifully. I play with it, feed it, and take it out for short outings. Spending time with my parrot brings me a lot of joy.
Before getting this parrot, I had a pair of cockatiels. The yellow one you can see is the male bird. It used to talk a lot, but after I brought home a female partner for it, it stopped talking. These two cockatiels stay in their cage most of the time. I always make sure they have enough food and water. I’ve arranged a separate room connected to their cage for their comfort. The parrot, however, has its own cage.
I share a friendly bond with all my birds. They fly to my hands and sit there. I love them deeply and often feed them with my own hands.
I also have an aquarium with beautiful, colorful fish. Currently, I have 15 goldfish in it. I’ve made sure there’s enough oxygen inside, along with artificial grass, a little house, and some decorative stones to make it look nice. There’s also a light installed to brighten it up. I clean the aquarium once every six months and feed the fish twice a day.
I truly love my pet birds and fish. They make my days brighter, and I spend many happy moments with them every day. Thank you all so much! Please keep supporting me and stay by my side. 💚🐦🐠
