Hi pretty pet lover people! I hope you all are doing great. Wishing everyone a very good evening — I’m starting today’s vlog with lots of love.

I’ve come to visit my grandma’s house, which is in the village. In the village, people usually raise many ducks and cows. Today, I’ll share with you what we raise at my grandma’s house. 1000027381.jpg

My grandma raises Chinese ducks. I find them super cute, especially the little ducklings — they look so adorable when they bathe together or sometimes alone. Whenever I come here, I love to give them a bath. For their bath, we usually collect some water near the tube well or fill up a big bucket so they can swim and bathe on their own.

The adult ducks are fed rice and feed mix, while the small ducklings are given rice mixed with feed — because the little ones don’t eat plain rice. They are fed three times a day. I really enjoy watching them quarrel and play with each other — it’s so cute!

Early in the morning, they’re let out into the yard. They don’t go too far from the house, so they’re very easy to raise at home. Right now, we have 12 adult ducks and 14 ducklings. We’ve already eaten two ducks and are selling one. Each adult duck here sells for 1,500–2,000 taka, and the meat is very delicious. 1000020282.jpg

I’ve shared some cute photos of the ducklings with you all. Once, we had a native duck and a Chinese duck — their egg hatched into a mixed duckling that looked like the native duck in color but was much bigger like the Chinese duck.

1000027383.jpg It takes around one month or a little more for the eggs to hatch. The ducks keep quacking all day, and I love listening to their “peck-peck” sounds. I often play with the baby ducklings, holding them in my hands. Sometimes, they fight playfully among themselves. These ducks eat things like onion peels and banana tree bark. Their eggs are quite large and very tasty to eat. They are fed three times a day regularly.

My grandmother spends most of her day taking care of them. How did you like it? Let me know in the comments. Thank you all — please keep supporting and stay with me! 💛
