Digital Art | Jeannys, the sharp sword of the Desert sands 🤺

 Very good afternoon my dearest readers of the #Hive community, happy Tuesday to all and I hope that, of course, you are having a wonderful and productive week, here you are greeted as always by your friend Manuel, super happy to be able to share a new artistic post for my blog. On this occasion I wanted to bring you a new character that I have been working on since the end of last week, she is a tough and brave warrior whom I decided to call by the name of (Jeannys), who is a skilled sword fighter, and despite her fragile and delicate appearance she has terrible strength and agility, being able to face all kinds of adversaries, including the terrible and merciless ghosts of the Desert known as the (Luttes): >*Muy buenas tardes mis queridísimos lectores y lectoras de la comunidad de #Hive, feliz martes para todos y espero que, por supuesto estén teniendo una maravillosa y productiva semana, por aquí los saluda como siempre su amigo Manuel super feliz de poder compartirles un nuevo post artístico par mi blog. En esta oportunidad quise traerles un nuevo personaje en la cual estuve trabajando desde finales de la semana pasada, se trata de una ruda y valiente guerrera a la cual decidí llamar por el nombre de (Jeannys), la cual es una habilidosa luchadora con la espada, y a pesar de su frágil y delicada apariencia ella posee una terrible fuerza y agilidad, siendo capaz de enfrentarse a toda clase de adversarios, incluyendo a los terribles y despiadados espectros del Desierto conocidos como los (Luttes):* ### PROCESS / PROCESO  As usual I like to start by making strokes and giving shape to the main sketch of my character, in this case I created (Jeannys) right in the center of my canvas holding or brandishing his great sword in front of her, showing a serious and annoyed expression, as if he were in the middle of a tough battle. Well, after finishing the line art I went directly to the choice of colors, on this occasion I was looking for a fairly dark or tanned skin appearance for the character of (Jeannys), for this I chose a range of 3 brown and orange tones to build the base of his skin, as usual I like to apply airbrush strokes to achieve volume with shadows and not so intense lights. >*Como es habitual me gusta empezar realizando trazos y dándole forma al boceto principal de mi personaje, en este caso cree a (Jeannys) justo en el centro de mi lienzo sosteniendo o blandiendo frente a ella su gran espada, mostrando una expresión seria y molesta, como si se encontrase en medio de una dura batalla. Bueno, después de terminar con el line art me pasé directamente a la elección de los colores, en esta ocasión buscaba para el personaje de (Jeannys) una apariencia de piel bastante morena o bronceada, para esto elegí una gama 3 tonos marrones y naranjas para ir construyendo la base de su piel, como es de costumbre me gusta aplicar trazos con aerógrafo para ir logrando volumen con sombras y luces no tan intensas.*    After having the skin well defined and having softened it a little, I moved on to work on the eyes, mouths and other details of the face. In the case of the eyes, I opted for slightly pink tones to give the character a more unique appearance. Here I generally use fine brushes and I focus a lot on giving shine to the edges. Then for the lips, I did use more orange tones, trying of course to form a certain volume, especially on the lower lip, with some soft glosses; and in the cheek area I applied a few touches of reddish blush to give more life to the character. With the hair work, I used slightly more light chocolate tones to create long, wavy hair. For this, I first give the base shape with watercolor before moving on to the details with my bristle brush. >*Después de tener bien definida la piel y de haberla suavizado un poco me pase al trabajo de los ojos, bocas y demás detalles del rostro, en el caso de los ojos opte por unos tonos un poco rosados para darle al personaje una apariencia más única, aquí por lo general uso pinceles finos y me enfoco bastante en darle brillos en los bordes. Después para los labios si use tonos mas naranjas tratando de formar por supuesto cierto volumen, sobre todo en el labio inferior, con algunos brillos suaves; y en la zona de las mejillas aplique unos cuantos toques de rubor rojizo para darle mas vida al personaje. Con el trabajo del cabello use tonos un poco mas chocolatosos claros para crear una cabellera larga y ondulada, para esto primero doy la forma base con acuarela antes de pasarme al detallado con mi pincel de cerdas.*    For the clothing work, I used light tones such as gray to create a sleeveless dress slightly low-cut in the chest area. Here I decided to use my noisy brush to print a slight texture or pattern on the fabric of the dress; Then with yellow tones, detail the middle area of ​​the dress a little, the neck and add plenty of reflective highlights. With the sword work I used more blue tones, grays and a little white for the metal work of the blade of the sword, plus with purple tones I had the idea of ​​impregnating the blade of the sword with a kind of blood or fluid from the desert specters that (Jeannys) is fighting. >*Para el trabajo de la ropa use tonos claros como grises para crearle un vestido sin mangas levemente escotado en la zona del pecho, aquí decidí usar mi pincel ruidoso para imprimirle una leve textura o patrón a la tela del vestido; luego con tonos amarillos detalle un poco la zona media del vestido, el cuello y agregue bastantes brillos reflejantes.
