Holozing Fan Art | Emberox in a humanized, feminine version 🔥

 Good afternoon, my dear readers and members of the #Hive artistic community. Happy Monday to all of you! I hope you are doing well, that you enjoyed your weekend to the fullest, and that, like me, you have been able to fully recharge your batteries for this new week that is beginning. For those of you who don't know me yet, let me introduce myself. My name is Manuel, and I want to welcome you to my art blog. This time, I wanted to start my week by bringing you an illustration focused on the game #Holozing, which I worked on last Saturday. Basically, it is a new humanized version of the game's dragons, more specifically the fire dragon (Emberox) in a more feminine version, but respecting the characteristic features of the original dragon. >*Muy buenas tardes mis queridísimos lectores y lectoras de la comunidad artística de #Hive, feliz lunes para todos ustedes, espero que se encuentren super bien, que haya disfrutado al máximo de su fin de semana y que al igual que yo hayan podido recargar a full las baterías para esta nueva semana que está iniciando; para quienes aún no me conozcan pues me presento, mi nombre es Manuel y les quiero dar la bienvenida a mi blog de arte. Esta vez quise dar inicio a mi semana trayéndoles una ilustración enfocada en el juego #Holozing, y en la cual estuve trabajando el sábado pasado, básicamente se trata de una nueva versión humanizada de los dragones del juego, más concretamente del dragón de tipo fuego (Emberox) en una versión mas femenina, pero respetando los rasgos característicos del dragón original.* ### PROCESS / PROCESO  Well, I got down to work and started by creating a sketch with some soft strokes. As I mentioned before, this would be a humanized, feminine version of the dragon (Emberox), so I focused on giving it an appearance and proportions more in line with my style, keeping features such as the horns on the top of its head, the elongated ears, etc. To begin the coloring process, I looked for some peachy colors to build a base for the skin that would look quite natural and harmonious with the features of the original dragon. Then, for the eyes, I used sky blue and electric blue tones to create a large, tender, and fully expressive look. >*Bueno me puse manos a la obra y empecé creando un boceto con algunos trazos suaves, como les mencione antes esta se trataría de una versión humanizada y femenina del dragón (Emberox), por tanto, me enfoque en darle una apariencia y proporciones mas a mi estilo, mantuve rasgos como los cuernos en la parte alta de su cabeza, las orejas alargadas, etc. Para dar inicio al proceso de coloreado me encargue de buscar algunos colores medio duraznos para construir una base para la piel que se viera bastante natural y armónica con los rasgos del dragón original; luego para los ojos use tonos azules celestes y azul eléctrico para crear una mirada bastante grande, tierna y full expresiva.*    To create the horns on her head, I wanted to use more orange and brown tones to give the antlers a bone-like texture or something similar. Then, on the horns, I used a few red tones and a little pink to create long, straight hair for my character. In this case, I like to use my 3-point brush because it gives me a more realistic appearance of strands of hair. In the case of clothing, logically the creature is not wearing any, so what I did was invent an outfit for it to be like a kind of dress with a rough texture on the sleeves and bust. For this, I used a few purple tones and a little white to give the fabric some shine. >*Para la creación de los cuernos sobre su cabeza quise usar tonos más naranjas y marrones para darle una textura como de hueso o algo por el estilo a esta cornamenta, luego sobre los cuernos use unos cuantos tonos rojos y un poco de rosado para crea una cabellera larga y lisa para mi personaje, en este caso me gusta usar mi pincel de 3 puntas ya que me da una apariencia como de mechones de pelo mas realista. En el caso de la ropa lógicamente la criatura no lleva puesta ninguna, entonces lo que hice fue inventarme un atuendo para que fuese como una especie de vestido de textura rugosa en las mangas y el busto, para esto use unos cuantos tonos morados y un poco de blanco para darles brillos a la tela.*    To finish my work, I decided to create a background scene that looked like a crater or a large canyon surrounded by mountains. This was easy with the help of the lasso tool, which I used to shape the mountains in the background and the surrounding rocks. Then, using orange tones, I decided to create a kind of lava river running from behind the mountains in the background, right in the middle behind the girl (Emberox). I also used my cloud brush to create some clouds in the background sky to complement the scene, but I also used this brush to create a bit of a heat effect, with smoke and steam rising from the lava river, giving the drawing a slightly cooler touch. >*Para culminar mi obra se me ocurrió hacer un escenario de fondo que fuese como una especie cráter o gran cañón rodados de montañas, esto fue fácil con ayuda de la herramienta lazo con la cual le di forma a las montañas del fondo y las rocas de los alrededores. Luego con tonos naranjas se me ocurrió crear justo en el medio detrás de la chica (Emberox) una especie de rio de lava corriendo desde atrás de las montañas del fondo; también use mi pincel de nubes para crear por supuesto algunas nubes en el cielo de fondo para complementar, pero también use este pincel para crea un poco de efecto de calor, humo y vapor saliendo del rio de lava dándole así un toque un poco más genial al dibujo.*     ### MATERIALS / MATERIALES ###### REFERENCE [](https://peakd.com/hive-131131/@holozing/new-creature-reveal-dragon-creatures-naming-contest-concluded-and-zing-distribution-changes) - Sai Paint Tool Program - Huion inspiroy h610 v2 tablet >- *Programa Paint Tool Sai* >- *Tableta Huion inspiroy h610 v2*  Well, guys and gals, that's all for now.
