Hola amigas y amigos de Street Workout Community (SWC), en esta oportunidad compartir con ustedes mi experiencia en mi primer día de fisioterapia, un paso importante en mi camino hacia la recuperación después del accidente que tuve en mi brazo derecho.
Llegué a la clínica con una mezcla de nervios y esperanza. Mi fisioterapeuta, muy amable y profesional, me explicó el plan de tratamiento y los ejercicios que realizaríamos. Comenzamos con movimientos suaves para mejorar la movilidad de mi brazo y reducir la rigidez. Aunque sentí un poco de dolor al principio, me animaron a seguir adelante, recordándome que es parte del proceso de sanación.
Después de la sesión, me sentí un poco cansado pero optimista. Sé que este es solo el comienzo de un viaje que requerirá paciencia y esfuerzo, pero estoy decidido a recuperar la fuerza y funcionalidad de mi brazo. Gracias a todos por su apoyo y buenos deseos. ¡Seguiré compartiendo mi progreso con ustedes.
Hi friends of Street Workout Community (SWC), in this opportunity to share with you my experience in my first day of physical therapy, an important step in my road to recovery after the accident I had in my right arm.
I arrived at the clinic with a mixture of nerves and hope. My physiotherapist, very friendly and professional, explained the treatment plan and the exercises we would be doing. We started with gentle movements to improve the mobility of my arm and reduce the stiffness. Although I felt a little pain at first, I was encouraged to keep going, reminding me that it is part of the healing process.
After the session, I felt a little tired but optimistic. I know this is just the beginning of a journey that will require patience and effort, but I am determined to regain the strength and functionality of my arm. Thank you all for your support and good wishes, I will continue to share my progress with you.
