Hola amigas y amigos de Street Workout Community (SWC), en esta oportunidad quiero compartirles una actualización sobre mi recuperación. Hoy fue mi segundo día de fisioterapia, y estoy muy contento de contarles que he mejorado bastante la movilidad de mi brazo derecho, el cual me lesioné hace dos meses y dos semanas.
Aunque la recuperación está siendo lenta, cada día es un paso más hacia adelante. Estoy trabajando duro y con mucha dedicación para volver a estar al 100%. Pronto estaré activo con los entrenamientos y no puedo esperar para compartir más avances con ustedes. ¡Gracias por su apoyo constante!
Hi friends of Street Workout Community (SWC), in this opportunity I want to share with you an update on my recovery. Today was my second day of physical therapy, and I am very happy to tell you that I have improved the mobility of my right arm quite a bit, which I injured two months and two weeks ago.
Although the recovery is being slow, every day is one more step forward. I am working hard and with a lot of dedication to get back to 100%. I will soon be active with training and can't wait to share more progress with you. thanks for your continued support!
