Hola amigas y amigos de Street Workout Community (SWC), en esta oportunidad quiero compartir con ustedes una experiencia que viví hace dos meses. Hice un viaje increíble a los Médanos de Apure, un lugar realmente espectacular. Sin embargo, al regresar a casa, tuve un accidente y me fracturé el brazo derecho. Fue un momento difícil, ya que tuve que someterme a una operación en el radio derecho y, debido a esto, no he podido subir contenido como de costumbre.
Durante este tiempo, no tenía ánimos de compartir mi experiencia con ustedes, ya que estaba enfocado en mi recuperación. Pero ahora, después de dos meses, me siento mucho mejor y con más energía para seguir adelante. Estoy emocionado de volver a compartir contenido con ustedes y contarles más sobre mi proceso de entrenamiento y recuperación.
Hi friends of Street Workout Community (SWC), In this opportunity I want to share with you an experience I had two months ago. I made an incredible trip to the Médanos de Apure, a really spectacular place. However, upon returning home, I had an accident and fractured my right arm. It was a difficult time, as I had to undergo surgery on my right radius and, because of this, I have not been able to climb content as usual.
During this time, I was not in the mood to share my experience with you, as I was focused on my recovery. But now, after two months, I feel much better and with more energy to keep going. I am excited to share content with you again and tell you more about my training and recovery process.
