Saludos amigos de SWC, la noche de hoy fue bastante dinámica, llegué al parque después de terminar algunas tareas en el hogar, cuando llegué aún no comenzaba la rutina de entrenamiento, por lo que decidí conversar un rato con algunos chicos, luego de eso, llegó el amigo Christian @cr7-7 y nos invitó ir un momento al Centro Comercial “Parque Los Aviadores”, para visitar un momento una tienda de ropa deportiva y urbana, luego de visitar esta tienda procedimos regresarnos al parque para comenzar el entrenamiento.

Hoy la rutina se centraba en los hombros y tríceps, así que lo que ejecutamos fue una secuencia de series en las barras paralelas, los chicos trabajaron con lastre (peso), mientras que yo, trabajé con mi propio peso corporal.

Luego de terminar mis entrenamientos, noté que el amigo Joscar (@joscar-sw) le estaba tomando al amigo Marcos (@marcos-roman) una serie de fotografías realizando algunas poses estéticas, así que aproveché a decirle a Joscar y a Marcos que me enseñaran algunas poses, hice algunos intentos fallidos, hasta que por fin salieron estas fotografías que estoy compartiendo con ustedes, espero les gusten las fotografías, también pueden notar un poco mi mejora en la parte física.

Greetings friends of SWC, today's night was quite dynamic, I arrived at the park after finishing some chores at home, when I arrived the training routine had not yet begun, so I decided to talk for a while with some guys, after that, my friend Christian @cr7-7 arrived and invited us to go for a moment to the Mall ‘Parque Los Aviadores’, to visit a sports and urban clothing shop, after visiting this shop we proceeded to return to the park to start training.

Today the routine was focused on shoulders and triceps, so what we executed was a sequence of sets on the parallel bars, the boys worked with ballast (weight), while I, worked with my own body weight.

After finishing my workouts, I noticed that my friend Joscar (@joscar-sw) was taking some pictures of Marcos (@marcos-roman) doing some aesthetic poses, so I took the opportunity to tell Joscar and Marcos to show me some poses, I made some failed attempts, until I finally got these pictures that I'm sharing with you, I hope you like the pictures, you can also notice my improvement in the physical part of my body.
