- Dumbbell bicep curl.
- Hammer bicep curl.
- Alternating dumbbell bicep curl.
- Low pulley bicep curl.
- Spider bicep curl with Z-bar on incline bench.

This was the distribution of the exercises I did yesterday to train my pectoral (chest) and bicep muscles.
