Hey Actifitters,
Yesterday started again as though it was going to be a very slow day. I tried to go for a walk with Sam, but just like the day before, he stopped quickly and didn't want to go any further. We think we found the reason: he wants to go on walks only if my mother, his person, goes with us. So we'll see how her sciatica pain goes, so we can go on walks. Anyways, after some minor activities, a little work, some swimming, the main activity was much later in the day, just before sunset.
I went with my friends for a long walk. They're trying to progressively get back to a healthier lifestyle, and they started with these daily walks in the evening. That's good motivation.
The nice landscapes in the area sure help to keep this motivation.
Even when you have to follow or cross a road, there's very little traffic.
I know the sun light caused lens flares, but I still like this photo:
I also like these old stone walls and buildings, this is something impossible to find anywhere in the US where I live now.
When I came back, I found Sam in deep sleep. Clearly, not going for a real walk didn't bother him!
And that was it for the day. After such a late and slow start, I'm glad I made it above 20k steps. Let's see if we can keep this trend.
As always, thanks for stopping by and see you tomorrow.
