Hey Actifitters,
As often, I felt lazy yesterday, but lots of yard work to do. Not the usual mowing and 'easy' stuff, but cutting down branches, trimming hedges and bushes, going on the roof to clean up the gutters and so on. It gets much less steps but it's very strenuous! After a few hours, I was exhausted! In the meantime, Le Chat was going from spot to spot to find the best one to lazy it up!
After resting a bit, it was already late in the afternoon for our walk with Kaia.
It's a great time to catch impressive colors in the sky. Some were really fiery!
It was obviously much darker in the forest, but still good to walk without a light.
In spite of her cough not fully subsiding, Kaia seems much better and enjoys our time in the forest.
On our way to our sunset spot, we met a couple deer, including this one, most likely the mother in charge. She kept stomping her feet, trying to scare us.
We didn't bother her too much anyways, we just wanted to catch more sunset colors. And it was worth it!
Even after it got really dark, we were just a few blocks from home, the cloudy sky was still beautiful!
And finally a few hours later, we could get glimpses at the Moon. Almost half way to full Moon it seems.
And that was it for the day's activities. Like I said, even though the final step count isn't super high, it was quite active and tiring. I doubt I will be able to reach the bar for #poprzeczka competition on Sunday either, so Monday will be my last chance. It's a holiday here, so there is hope I can make it, I'm definitely planning at least a run.
