A pale lager beer is the beer I enjoyed this week and I really enjoyed it.
As clearly shown, the name of the beer I enjoyed is Budweiser. There are facts about the beer I enjoyed that I will like to share with you all. Lets go......... Budweiser is locally brewed by international breweries PLC here in Nigeria. Do y'all know that this international brewery is not the sole owner of the beer? Are you surprised to hear that? Anyway, let me explain. The rightful brewer is AB-INBEv(Anheuser-busch In-bev. Though, he collaborated or let me use the right word, international brewery is now the subsidiary of In-bev here in Nigeria. According to the brewer, the beer is made up of 5 outstanding ingredients and they are thus as follow: - Water - Malted barley - Hop - Yeast - Rice This is my first time of consuming beer that has rice as part of it's ingredients. Budweiser taste is crispy and natural. Maybe, it is because of the presence of rice among its ingredients. It has 5% ABV and the color is lite gold. I enjoyed it with pepper-soup and Agidi. Agidi is one of the local traditional foods in Nigeria extracted or made with cornstarch. You need to feel the smoothness of Agidi and pepper-soup coupled with Budweiser beer.
