Armonía y paz
Muchos hablan de la paz como constructo abstracto, intangible e inmensurable; otros sostienen que es una romántica utopía a la que aspiramos sin conocer su verdadera dimensión; sin embargo, hay corrientes del pensamiento teológico, filosófico y psicológico que sostienen que la paz es inherente al ser humano. Lo cierto es que en esos debates eternos se pierde la tranquilidad espiritual; por esa razón, no discuto lo que no comprendo aunque lo siento en mi mente, alma y corazón.
En mi absoluta ignorancia, creo que para alcanzar la paz es necesario evitar el estrés, las preocupaciones innecesarias, la ansiedad y cualquier tipo de conflicto que perturbe el equilibrio espiritual de quien elige vivir en paz y en armonía con su entorno.
Quien quiere estar en paz, busca la paz en las alturas, dentro de sí mismo o en su entorno.
Harmony and peace
Many speak of peace as an abstract, intangible, and immeasurable construct; others maintain that it is a romantic utopia to which we aspire without understanding its true dimension. However, there are currents of theological, philosophical, and psychological thought that maintain that peace is inherent to human beings. The truth is that in these eternal debates, spiritual tranquility is lost; for this reason, I do not discuss what I do not understand, even though I feel it in my mind, soul, and heart.
In my utter ignorance, I believe that to achieve peace, it is necessary to avoid stress, unnecessary worries, anxiety, and any type of conflict that disrupts the spiritual balance of the person who chooses to live peacefully, in harmony with their surroundings.
He who wants to be at peace, seeks peace in the heights, within himself or in his surroundings.
