Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes un día muy especial y emocionante en mi vida ¡tuve mi cita con el ginecólogo para revisar cómo está mi bebé! Si les soy sincera, estaba muy nerviosa, porque siempre uno desea que todo esté en orden y que el bebé se encuentre saludable.
Me levanté temprano y fui a buscar a mi novio, que estaba en casa de su abuela. Juntos fuimos a la consulta en la Clínica Cisnero, acompañados de mi mamá. Al llegar, no había mucha gente, y yo era la tercera en la fila, así que aproveché ese tiempo para respirar hondo y prepararme para ver a mi pequeñito.
Durante la consulta, llevé los exámenes que el ginecólogo me había indicado. Todo salió perfecto, me revisó, me pesé y subí dos kilos, lo cual es normal y saludable en esta etapa del embarazo. Me recordó la importancia de comer de manera sana, priorizando la calidad de los alimentos más que la cantidad.
Luego llegó uno de los momentos más emocionantes, la ecografía. Todavía no sabemos si es niño o niña, pero ya pudimos ver su naricita y sus bracitos. El aparato mostró que mide casi 7 centímetros, y escuchar el latido de su corazón fue un instante que me llenó de alegría y emoción. Gracias a Dios y a la Virgencita del Valle que todo está bien.

Today I want to share with you a very special and exciting day in my life: I had my gynecologist appointment to check on my baby! To be honest, I was very nervous because you always want everything to be in order and for the baby to be healthy.
I got up early and went to pick up my boyfriend, who was at his grandmother's house. Together we went to the appointment at the Cisnero Clinic, accompanied by my mom. When we arrived, there weren't many people, and I was third in line, so I took advantage of that time to take a deep breath and prepare for seeing my little one.
During the appointment, I took the tests the gynecologist had prescribed. Everything went perfectly. He examined me, weighed me, and I gained two kilos, which is normal and healthy at this stage of pregnancy. He reminded me of the importance of eating healthy, prioritizing quality over quantity.
Then came one of the most exciting moments: the ultrasound. We still don't know if it's a boy or a girl, but we could already see his little nose and arms. The machine showed he's almost 7 centimeters tall, and hearing his heartbeat was a moment that filled me with joy and excitement. Thank God and the Virgin of the Valley that everything is fine.
