Greetings to all my Hivers. I am enjoying a delicious breakfast. The cassava cakes stuffed with ground beef are very good, especially because they are fried in an air fryer, which gives them a crispy texture on the outside and a soft texture on the inside. It's great that my daughter Kerit made them, which adds a special touch and lots of love to the food we are enjoying, or in this case, breakfast.
To accompany the pastries, a rich cappuccino was the perfect choice. The foamy cream and aroma of the coffee are a wonderful complement to the flavor of the pastries.
Enjoying a breakfast like this, made with love and accompanied by a good drink, is a wonderful way to start the day, enjoying every special moment with my daughter @keritroberts.

Saludos a todos mis Hivers. Un delicioso desayuno que estoy disfrutando. Los pasteles de yuca rellenos de carne molida muy buenos, especialmente por estar fritos en la freidora de aire, lo que les da esa textura crujiente por fuera y suave por dentro. Es genial que mi hija Kerit los haya hecho; lo cual añade un toque especial y lleno de amor a la comida que nos disfrutamos o a el desayuno en esta ocasión.
Para acompañar los pastelitos, un rico capuchino fue la elección perfecta. La crema espumosa y el aroma del café son el complemento maravilloso el sabor de los pasteles.
