1.- Has ganado el dinero para comprar una casa y tienes dos opciones. La primera es una casa grande y bonita, pero cuyas mejores épocas ya pasaron. Necesita muchas reparaciones y remodelaciones, por lo que su precio es bajo. La segunda opción es una casa pequeña. No es tan bonita como la anterior, pero no tienes que invertir tiempo ni dinero en reparaciones, así que su precio es mucho más alto. ¿Qué eliges? ¿Eres del grupo de "arreglar a mi gusto" o del grupo de "comprar todo listo y rápido"?

Mi elección dependería de mis preferencias personales, mi situación financiera y mis planes a largo plazo.
2.- En mi país, las vacaciones escolares terminaron, mientras que en otros, el verano acaba de terminar. ¿Qué preparativos estás haciendo para tu hogar y tu rutina para los próximos meses?
Para los próximos meses, tanto en tu hogar como en mi rutina tengo preparado lo siguiente:
Para mi hogar: Organización y Limpieza entre esto Deshacerme de lo que ya no necesito. Realizar un chequeo de mantenimiento a la casa. Cambiar un poco la decoración de mi hogar para la navidad.

Definir las metas personales o profesionales para los próximos meses. Pueden ser relacionadas con el trabajo, la salud o el aprendizaje. Y por ultimo y no menos importante mi cuidado personal, a través de la meditación, el ejercicio regular o simplemente dedicar tiempo a tus pasatiempos favoritos.
Siempre hay que tener presente que cada cambio de temporada es una oportunidad para renovarnos y adaptarse a nuevas circunstancias.

My choice would depend on my personal preferences, my financial situation, and my long-term plans.
2.- In my country, school vacations are over, while in others, summer has just ended. What preparations are you making for your home and your routine for the coming months?
For the coming months, both in your home and in my routine, I have the following prepared:
For my home: Organization and cleaning, including getting rid of what I no longer need. Performing a maintenance check on the house. Changing the decor of my home a little for Christmas.
As for my personal routine: Planning my schedule, since I work at two educational institutions, which includes time for study, work, and rest. Defining personal or professional goals for the coming months. These can be related to work, health, or learning. Outdoor activities, planning family activities to strengthen bonds. And last but not least, my personal care, through meditation, regular exercise, or simply dedicating time to my favorite hobbies.
We must always keep in mind that each change of season is an opportunity to renew ourselves and adapt to new circumstances.
