An ice cream can evoke so many emotions at the same time that I wanted to feel like I was in heaven with an ice cream pop, remembering my childhood, because the way they are prepared here reminded me how nice it is to feel that way. It seems like a pretty clever idea where you wait for your pop, and while you wait behind a transparent glass, there is someone preparing it and you can watch the whole process with excitement.
This is an ice cream shop where they sell mostly chocolate popsicles, which are the best sellers, but you can also fill them and add a topping of your choice. In my case, I ordered an ice cream base (it's hollow so you can add the filling) with a chocolate and hazelnut topping and a crunchy Milo-type chocolate filling. I mean, the chocolate filling hardens with the cold of the ice cream. I felt like when I was a little girl waiting for my ice cream.
The ice cream shop offers several ways to try their ice cream. There are popsicles that can be filled, and there are other more traditional ones that can only be topped. The process consists of three steps: Step 1 - Choose the base of the ice cream popsicle. Step 2 - Choose the topping for the popsicle. Step 3 - Choose the filling. It's that simple to put together your popsicle. What really matters is the experience. I don't mean that they were bad; the truth is that they were very tasty, but somehow it transported me back to an earlier age in my life. The cost of a personalized popsicle is 13,900 Colombian pesos, which is about $3.40 USD, quite expensive for the size of the popsicle, but as I said, it's an experience to see how they prepare it in front of you.
I hope you liked this business model. I don't think there are many places that allow you to customize your ice cream in any way.

Un helado puede causar tantas emociones al mismo tiempo que quise sentirme en el cielo con una paleta de helado, recordando mi infancia, porque la manera en que aquí se preparan me hicieron recordar lo bonito que es sentirse así, parece una idea bastante ingeniosa donde te coloca en la posición de esperar tu paleta, y mientras esperas detrás de un vidrio transparente hay alguien preparándola y puedes ver con emoción todo el proceso.
Esto se trata de una heladería donde venden paletas mayormente de chocolate que son las mas vendidas pero que a su vez las puedes rellenar pero también le puedes colocar una cobertura de tu preferencia, en mi caso yo pedí una base de helado (es hueco para poder colocar el relleno) de leche, una cobertura de chocolate con avellanas y un relleno de chocolate crocante tipo milo, quiero decir que el chocolate del relleno se hace duro con el frio del helado, me sentí como cuando era una pequeña y esperaba por mi heladito.
La heladería tiene varias maneras de probar sus helados, están las paletas que se pueden rellenar, hay otras mas tradicionales que solo se le puede colocar cobertura, el proceso consta de 3 pasos: Paso 1 - Eliges la base dela paleta de helado. Paso 2 - Eliges la cobertura de la paleta. Paso 3 - Eliges el relleno. Así de simple es armar tu paleta, realmente lo que mas vale es la experiencia, no con esto quiero decir que estaban malas, la verdad es que estaban muy ricas, pero de alguna manera me teletransporto a una edad temprana de mi vida, el costo de una paleta personalizada es de 13.900$ pesos colombianos que al cambio en USD serian unos 3.4$, bastante costosa para el tamaño de la paleta pero como dije es una experiencia el ver como la preparan al frente de ti.
Espero que les haya gustado este modelo de negocio, creo que no hay muchos locales que te permitan personalizar de alguna manera tus helados.
