Feliz día mis amigos de @lifestyle un fuerte abrazo para todos ustedes espero que se encuentren muy bien llenos de bendiciones y salud, hoy quiero compartir con ustedes cambios de look necesario que nutren hasta el alma >Happy day my friends from @lifestyle a big hug to all of you I hope you are very well full of blessings and health, today I want to share with you necessary look changes that nourish even the soul  Soy creyente que todo tiene un tiempo y pues tenía como 5 años que no me realizaba un corte de cabello mantuve mi cabello largo pues lo cuidaba y lo sentía lindo y sedoso sin embargo unos meses atrás debido a tantas ocupaciones entre la casa , el trabajo, los niños se me dificultaba muchísimo poder arreglar mi cabello semanalmente y el cabello empezó a debilitarse empezó a ponerse feo y ya no lo sentía para nada sano dónde eso me disgusto muchísimo porque siempre e sido fans de que el cabello nos hace sentir bien y si mi cabello no está bien no puedo sentirme bien y era lo que me sucedía. >I am a believer that everything has a time and since I had a haircut in about 5 years, I kept my hair long because I took care of it and it felt nice and silky, however, a few months ago due to so many occupations between the house, work, the children it was very difficult for me to fix my hair weekly and my hair began to weaken, it began to get ugly and I no longer felt healthy at all, which upset me a lot because I have always been a fan of the idea that hair makes us feel good and if my hair is not good I cannot feel good and that is what happened to me.   Cada vez que no arreglaba el cabello me sentía irritable disgustada así que pues decidí realizar un cambio de look y aproveché a mi tía que es peluquera que vive en caracas y venia para mí ciudad, por lo tanto al llegar le dije que necesitaba que me hiciera un corte de cabello urgente y realmente quería algo drástico por arriba de los hombros pero mi tía me dijo chica es mucho ya que mi cabello me llegaba más abajo de los glúteos pero ya no lo quería tan largo pues no lo sentía sano y de nada vale tener un cabello largo si no está realmente sano y cuidado, así que bueno decidí cortarlo por la espalda y realizar el corte mariposa que es un corte en capas y le dije que me lo cortara solo en dos capas pero adelante nada más para que no quedará tan corto , además este corte se adapta a mucho tipo de rostro así que no me iba hacer ver la cara tan ovalada ya que tengo bastante pómulos a veces digo que parezco una ardilla 🐿️ jajajajaj >Every time I didn't fix my hair I felt irritable and upset so I decided to make a change of look and I took advantage of my aunt who is a hairdresser who lives in Caracas and was coming to my city, so when I arrived I told her that I needed an urgent haircut and I really wanted something drastic above the shoulders but my aunt told me girl is too much since my hair reached below my buttocks but I didn't want it so long anymore because I didn't feel healthy and there's no point in having long hair if it's not really healthy and cared for, so well I decided to cut it in the back and do the butterfly cut which is a layered cut and I told her to cut it in only two layers but just forward so that it wouldn't be so short, also this cut adapts to many types of face so it wasn't going to make my face look so oval since I have quite a few cheekbones sometimes I say that I look like a squirrel 🐿️ hahahahaha   Bueno mi tia me realizó el corte me aplicó hidratación para recuperar el cabello lo cual sentía que me relajaba muchísimo y luego procedió a secar y planchar dónde el resultado fue realmente maravilloso sentía el cabello muy hermoso y sedoso con un brillo magnífico que me encantó me cortó la mitad de mi cabello sentí un poco de tristeza pues amaba mi cabello largo parecía Pocahontas 🫣 pero prefiero un cabello completamente sano y lo bueno es que mi cabello suele crecer súper rápido así que estoy segura que dentro de poco tiempo lo tendré largo , sano y hermoso de nuevo . >Well my aunt gave me the cut, she applied hydration to recover my hair which I felt relaxed me a lot and then she proceeded to dry and iron where the result was truly wonderful, my hair felt very beautiful and silky with a magnificent shine that I loved, she cut half of my hair, I felt a little sad because I loved my long hair, it looked like Pocahontas 🫣 but I prefer completely healthy hair and the good thing is that my hair usually grows super fast so I'm sure that in a short time I will have it long, healthy and beautiful again.   Un nuevo look siempre es necesario para cuando queremos realzar el autoestima y tener un nuevo comienzo donde ese cambio nos haga sentir bien y proyectar confianza ya que para nosotras las mujeres nuestro cabello lo es todo y cuando no nos sentimos bien no estaremos nada bien es por esto que vale la pena arriesgarnos y cambiar, además que amé este corte de cabello y pienso que me quedo hermoso y me siento cada parte de él sano así que el cambio siempre es bueno y me parece que es bueno renovar y vernos de vez en cuando distintas , amé mi nuevo look.
