Feliz día mis amigos de @family-friends un fuerte abrazo para todos ustedes espero que se encuentren muy bien llenos de bendiciones y salud e estado un poco ausente por el cambio de rutina del regreso a clases pero poco a poco voy a estar poniéndome al día con ustedes, hoy quiero compartir con ustedes la bendición que es cumplir años y de debe de celebrar. >Happy day my friends from @family-friends a big hug to all of you I hope you are very well full of blessings and health I have been a little absent due to the change of routine of returning to school but little by little I will be catching up with you, today I want to share with you the blessing of turning years old and that it should be celebrated.  Para mí el día de cumpleaños es nuestro día especial es ese día donde queremos sentirnos importante que vinimos a este mundo y pues pienso que para todo el mundo si cumpleaños debe ser su día lindo y especial, hace unos días estaba de cumpleaños la hija de una amiga la cual es muy linda y cariñosa y estimo muchísimo así que me animé a realizarle un brownie para cantar cumpleaños, el día la verdad tuvo mil percances se fue la luz por 4 horas y los planes no fueron a la hora que tenía pensado pues quería hacer el brownie a las 3 de la tarde ya que luego lo iba decorar de chocolate y adornar con gotas de chocolate y está torta necesita refrigeración para que el chocolate endurezca . >For me, a birthday is our special day, it's the day we want to feel important, that we came into this world, and I think that for everyone, a birthday should be their nice and special day. A few days ago, it was the birthday of a friend's daughter, who is very nice and affectionate and I love her very much, so I decided to make her a brownie to sing happy birthday. The truth is that the day had a thousand mishaps, the power went out for 4 hours and the plans were not at the time I had thought about, because I wanted to make the brownie at 3 in the afternoon because then I was going to decorate it with chocolate and adorn it with chocolate drops, and this cake needs refrigeration for the chocolate to harden.    Pero bueno uno propone y Dios dispone así dice mi abuela jajajaj así que me relaje un rato para no estresarme y dije en el momento que se pueda ese será el indicado jajajaja y bueno la luz fue cuatro horas y llegó a las 5 de la tarde y a esa hora empecé manos a la obra realizando un brownie de un kilo aproximadamente y pues duro una hora aproximadamente en el horno luego lo meto en la nevera para que enfriar rápidamente y poder decorar, se decoro con chocolate en taza derretido más leche de condensada para crear una cubierta sabrosa y se adorno colocando gotas de chocolate blanco y fresas , también un feliz cumpleaños en el medio para que quedará muy hermosa luego la metí a refrigerar para que el chocolate endureciera un poquito y así poder llevarla a cantar cumpleaños 🎂. >But well, one proposes and God disposes, so my grandmother says hahaha so I relaxed for a while so as not to get stressed and I said at the moment that I can, that will be the right one hahaha and well the light was four hours and it arrived at 5 in the afternoon and at that time I started hands to work making a brownie of approximately one kilo and well it lasted approximately one hour in the oven then I put it in the refrigerator to cool quickly and be able to decorate, it was decorated with melted hot chocolate plus condensed milk to create a tasty cover and it was decorated by placing drops of white chocolate and strawberries, also a happy birthday in the middle so that it would be very beautiful then I put it in the refrigerator so that the chocolate would harden a little and so I could take it to sing happy birthday 🎂.  La torta se veía muy deliciosa y hermosa perfecta para consentir y sorprender a la hermosa cumpleañera al llegar ella estaba feliz con su torta de chocolate y no paraba de tomarse fotos pues me alegró muchísimo que valió la pena las horas en preparar tan deliciosa sorpresa jajajaj cumplir años siempre tiene que ser momento de alegría de que tenemos otra oportunidad para llevar todo de mejor manera con más oportunidades de disfrutar de la vida y renovar las experiencias aprendidas y mejorar para esforzarse por ser mejor persona . >The cake looked very delicious and beautiful, perfect to pamper and surprise the beautiful birthday girl. When she arrived, she was happy with her chocolate cake and kept taking pictures because I was so happy that it was worth the hours of preparing such a delicious surprise. Hahaha. Turning years always has to be a moment of joy, because we have another opportunity to take everything in a better way, with more opportunities to enjoy life, renew the experiences learned, and improve to strive to be a better person.  Muchas personas dicen no quiero cumplir años porque voy a envejecer y es algo totalmente errado para mí cumplir un año de vida es crecer personalmente y agradecer por todo lo que e construido y logrado hasta ahora aprendiendo de todo lo vivido sea bueno o malo.
