Entretenimiento sin pantallas para los niños

Feliz inicio de semana mis queridos mamis y papis de @motherhood un fuerte abrazo para todos ustedes y para sus pequeños espero que estén muy bien llenos de bendiciones y salud hoy quiero compartir con ustedes la importancia de tener a los pequeños con entretenimiento sin pantallas >Happy start of the week my dear mommies and daddies of @motherhood a big hug for all of you and your little ones I hope you are very well full of blessings and health today I want to share with you the importance of having the little ones with entertainment without screens  Vivimos en la era de la tecnología donde cada día todo es más pantallas y automatizado sin darnos cuenta la tecnología se apodera de nosotros hace días fui a farmatodo una farmacia aquí y ya casi no hay trabajadores para hacer el pago porque hay máquinas automatizadas dónde nosotros mismos hacemos el pago de manera fácil y rápido, luego en un supermercado para dejar los paquetes ya no los entregas a nadie sino que pones tu huella en un aparato y se abre un sitio donde metes tu paquete y se cierra así de fácil, cada día usamos más los avances de la tecnología donde nos da acceso a mayor comodidad haciéndonos la vida más fácil y cómoda , la innovacion nos ayuda a mejorar la calidad de vida. >We live in the age of technology where every day everything is more screens and automated without realizing it technology takes over us days ago I went to farmatodo a pharmacy here and there are almost no workers to make the payment because there are automated machines where we make the payment ourselves easily and quickly, then in a supermarket to leave the packages you no longer give them to anyone but you put your fingerprint on a device and a place opens where you put your package and it closes just as easily, every day we use more advances in technology where it gives us access to greater comfort making our lives easier and more comfortable, innovation helps us improve the quality of life.   En los pequeños la innovación también se ha apoderado pues los televisores son inteligentes y las tablets y teléfonos pueden llegar a afectar a los niños además actualmente un niño no sabe que más hacer sino es tener una tablet a la mano que llega a interferir hasta en su lenguaje , socialización y las habilidades emocionales en los niños más pequeños que no saben cómo actuar ante el manejo de sus emociones aumentando su mal comportamiento , es por esto que e tratado de disminuir el uso de pantalla en casa con mis pequeños para que ellos no sientan dependencia de estos artefactos porque e visto niños que si no tienen el uso de pantallas hacen berrinches y comportamientos no adecuados, hemos empezado a realizar tardes divertidas después de la siesta y los coloco a dibujar y colorear con acuarela ya que recuerdo que está actividad me gustaba de niña y además es una manera para explotar la creatividad de una forma divertida pues mis hijos aman dibujar y colorear así que con acuarela para ellos es súper más divertido y emocionante , también les ayuda muchísimo en mejorar la paciencia y la concentración para no salirse del dibujo y así poder obtener el resultado deseado ,también les ayuda a reconocer los colores y las mezclas disponible entre combinación de colores, me encanta que mis hijos usen la acuarela porque de verdad que su atención es plenamente para lo que están haciendo y se concentran muchísimo así que es una gran actividad que por supuesto debemos estar presente para que no hagan un gran desastre jajajajaj porque la primera vez los dejé solo por ir al baño al volver encontré el piso pintado 🫣 pero bueno estás pinturas con agua se quitan muy rápidas. >In the little ones, innovation has also taken over because televisions are smart and tablets and phones can affect children. In addition, currently a child does not know what else to do but have a tablet at hand that can interfere even with their language, socialization and emotional skills in younger children who do not know how to act when managing their emotions, increasing their bad behavior, this is why I have tried to reduce the use of screens at home with my little ones so that they do not feel dependent on these devices because I have seen children who if they do not have the use of screens they throw tantrums and behave inappropriately, we have started to have fun afternoons after naps and I put them to draw and color with watercolor since I remember that I liked this activity as a child and it is also a way to exploit creativity in a fun way because my children love to draw and color so with watercolor for them it is super more fun and exciting It also helps them a lot to improve their patience and concentration so as not to stray from the drawing and thus be able to obtain the desired result, it also helps them to recognize the colors and the mixtures available between color combinations, I love that my children use watercolor because their attention is truly fully on what they are doing and they concentrate a lot so it is a great activity that of course we must be present so that they do not make a big mess hahahahaha because the first time I left them just to go to the bathroom when I came back I found the floor painted 🫣 but hey, these paints with water are removed very quickly.    También realicé unos juegos de memoria imprimiendolos que resultaron muy divertido y ayudan a razonar y detectar habilidades de emparejar y reforzar la memoria de forma divertida con este juego me rei muchísimo porque son súper tramposos y quieren levantar varias piezas a la vez pero bueno este juego ayuda muchísimo a estimular la atención y la coordinación , también imprimí un juego con imágenes donde se debe unir como rompecabezas las iniciales de las silabas de la palabra y es muy bueno para reforzar aprendizaje . Mis pequeños si salimos a alguna consulta o lugar donde se debe esperar algún tiempo meten en sus bolsos hojas , colores y se ponen a dibujar y colorear para esperar su turno sin ningún tipo de inconveniente y ya no están pendientes de querer pasar tiempo a una pantalla pues les e explicado que el uso excesivo de pantalla no hace nada bien y nos hace daño. >I also made some memory games by printing them out that were very fun and help reasoning and detect matching skills and reinforce memory in a fun way. With this game I laughed a lot because they are super tricky and want to lift several pieces at once. But hey, this game helps a lot to stimulate attention and coordination. I also printed a game with images where you have to join the initials of the syllables of the word like a puzzle and it is very good to reinforce learning. If my little ones go out to a doctor's office or place where we have to wait for some time, they put sheets of paper and colors in their bags and start drawing and coloring to wait their turn without any inconvenience and they are no longer worried about wanting to spend time in front of a screen because I have explained to them that excessive use of the screen is not good for us and actually harms us.
