Feliz día mis queridos amigos de @family-friends les envío un fuerte abrazo 🤗 enorme del tamaño de un oso gigante 🐻 espero que se encuentre muy bien llenos de bendiciones y salud hoy quiero compartir con ustedes la mejor terapia es disfrutar de las buenas amistades. >Happy day my dear friends from @family-friends I send you a big hug 🤗 huge the size of a giant bear 🐻 I hope you are very well full of blessings and health today I want to share with you the best therapy is to enjoy good friendships.  Las amistades van y vienes unas se quedan en el transcurrir del tiempo más que otras pero siempre hay nuevas amistades, creo que tengo mucha suerte porque siempre e podido mantener amistades que son muy buenas y con las que disfruto muchísimo sin importar el lugar, hay que saber elegir las amistades eso siempre lo e tenido muy presente a pesar de ser bastante sociable soy también bastante analítica no ha cualquiera le brindo mi amistad siempre trato de estudiar a las personas jajajaa y bueno ese sexto sentido no falla 🤣 🤣 en lo largo de mi vida e tenido muchas amistades muchas conservo otras ya no están pero siempre e pensando que en la vida se conoce a alguien con un propósito nadie llega a nuestra vida por casualidad todos en nuestra vida marcan un pedacito para nuestra vida. >Friendships come and go, some stay over time more than others but there are always new friendships, I think I am very lucky because I have always been able to maintain friendships that are very good and with which I enjoy a lot regardless of the place, you have to know how to choose your friendships, I have always kept that in mind despite being quite sociable I am also quite analytical, I do not offer my friendship to just anyone, I always try to study people hahaha and well that sixth sense never fails 🤣 🤣 Throughout my life I have had many friendships, I still keep many, others are no longer there but I have always thought that in life you meet someone with a purpose, no one comes into our life by chance, everyone in our life leaves a little piece of it.    Puedo decir gracias a la vida por dejarme conocer muchísima gente maravillosa que puedo llamar amigas es un gran regalo llegar a conocer grandes personas , aceptarnos mutuamente y respetarnos , salí con dos buenas amigas hace semanas y con estas amigas hace ya un tiempo decidimos irnos a relajarnos a una piscinada pues nos llevamos cada quien el almuerzo y snacks para compartir también unas cervezas para refrescar , la pasamos bastante bien y disfrutamos momentos de calidad mientras los niños jugaban también claro está no fue completamente relajación porque salir con niños es cuidarlos en otro lado que no es la casa y en piscina o playa para mí resulta más estresante porque como todo niño inventan demasiado causando a veces desbordó de estrés , no diré que se portaron mal pero tampoco se portaron muy bien pienso que necesitamos repetir esta salida sin niños y no es egoísmo es que como mamá también merecemos de vez en cuando unas horas de relajación porque pasamos todas las semanas en tareas del hogar, trabajo y cuidando a nuestros pequeños que nos necesitan las 24 horas del día. >I can say thank you to life for letting me meet so many wonderful people that I can call friends, it is a great gift to get to know great people, accept each other and respect each other, I went out with two good friends a few weeks ago and with these friends some time ago we decided to go relax at a pool so we each took lunch and snacks to share and also some beers to cool off, we had a pretty good time and enjoyed quality time while the kids played, of course it wasn't completely relaxing because going out with kids is taking care of them somewhere other than the house and in the pool or at the beach for me it is more stressful because like every child they invent too much causing sometimes stress to overflow, I won't say that they behaved badly but they didn't behave very well either, I think we need to repeat this outing without children and it is not selfishness, it is that as mothers we also deserve from time to time a few hours of relaxation because we spend every week on housework, work and taking care of our little ones who need us 24 hours a day    Mamá se cansa de peinarlos, de vestirlos , de doblar la ropa, de mantener la casa ordenada , de tener lista la comida , de mantenerlos entretenidos , de cuadrar citas medicas de armar cumpleaños, mamá se agota de todo y también merece y necesita un tiempo a sola y que mejor que con amigas que es la mejor terapia , este día fue divertido a pesar de todo disfrutamos un gran día y tomamos fotos muy hermosas que les comparto dónde se pudo disfrutar de la tranquilidad del día y de una gran relajación para todos, esperamos pronto volver a repetir esta salida y que no sean dentro de miles de años. >Mom gets tired of combing their hair, dressing them, folding clothes, keeping the house tidy, having food ready, keeping them entertained, scheduling medical appointments, organizing birthday parties, Mom gets tired of everything and also deserves and needs some time alone and what better than with friends which is the best therapy, this day was fun despite everything we enjoyed a great day and took very beautiful photos that I share with you where you could enjoy the tranquility of the day and a great relaxation for all, we hope to repeat this outing soon and that it is not thousands of years from now.
