Mi muñequita hermosa cumplió años

Feliz inicio de fin de semana mis queridos mamis y papis de @motherhood les envío un fuerte abrazo para todos ustedes espero que se encuentren todos muy bien llenos de bendiciones y salud , e estado algo perdida estás vacaciones escolares han estado llenas de muchas emociones encontradas pronto iré compartiendo con ustedes, hoy quiero compartir con ustedes el nuevo año de vida de mi muñequita Nina Mariet. >Happy start to the weekend my dear mommies and daddies of @motherhood I send you all a big hug I hope you are all doing very well full of blessings and health, I have been a bit lost these school holidays have been full of many mixed emotions soon I will share with you, today I want to share with you the new year of life of my little doll Nina Mariet.   Hace unos días era un muñeca pequeña, esa muñeca que pedí desde Niña pero de carne y hueso así es mi pequeña Nina Mariet que ya cumplió hace días 7 añitos en los que me ha hecho aprender y estudiar de como ser la mejor mamá para ella camino que no ha sido fácil, ser mamá no es sencillo y criar personas que dependen de nosotros es difícil no está fácil, no se cómo hacia la generación de mi abuela que criaban hasta 10 niños a la vez me pregunto cual es la técnica que usaban para no volverse loca con tantos niños. >A few days ago she was a little doll, that doll I asked for since Niña but made of flesh and blood, that's my little Nina Mariet who turned 7 a few days ago in which she has made me learn and study how to be the best mother for her, a path that has not been easy, being a mother is not simple and raising people who depend on us is difficult, it is not easy, I don't know how my grandmother's generation did it, who raised up to 10 children at a time, I wonder what technique they used to not go crazy with so many children.   7 años es una etapa llena de muchos cambios ella ya es más independiente ya no es la bebé que tenía en mis brazos todos los días ahora quiere espacios sola en su cuarto tiene muchísima energía que parece no agotarse pues su destreza ahora es más rápido y coordina mucho mejor las cosas , en esta edad trato de explicarle muchísimo sobre la empatía para que se ponga en el lugar de los demás y ya empiezo notar la crisis de los 7 años dónde hay cambios de humor y rebeldía por todo quiere contestar es por esto que es importante ayudarle a entender y manejar sus emociones estableciendo límites claros y precisos que ella entienda que las palabras tienen efecto secundarios y que lo que hace puede afectar a los demás es por esta razón que debe ponerse en el lugar de los demás de como se siente cuando ella hace o dice algo. >7 years old is a stage full of many changes. She is already more independent, she is no longer the baby I had in my arms every day. Now she wants space alone in her room. She has a lot of energy that seems not to run out because her dexterity is now faster and she coordinates things much better. At this age I try to explain a lot to her about empathy so that she puts herself in other people's shoes and I am already beginning to notice the 7 year old crisis where there are mood swings and rebellion because she wants to answer everything. This is why it is important to help her understand and manage her emotions by establishing clear and precise limits so that she understands that words have side effects and that what she does can affect others. For this reason, she must put herself in other people's shoes about how she feels when she does or says something.    Está nueva edad y nueva aventura apenas está comenzando y espero poder estar siempre allí apoyando en que se vuelva más consiente de los sentimientos de los demás y superar los miedos que tenía cuando era bebé también es muy importante a esta edad demostrar amor y reconocer cada uno de sus logros y que ellos sepan valorar cada cosa y ser sentimental con los miembros del hogar hay niños y hasta adultos que no saben ni pueden demostrar afecto no les sale decir un te quiero un te amo, o algo tan simple como regalar un abrazo 🫂 y llegan adultos como esos seres que llamamos fríos pero realmente será culpa de ellos? Pienso que no pienso que fue que no le demostraron amor en su hogar y no escucharon palabras tan facil de decir y tan inmensa de escuchar como un te quiero, un te amo , un te extraño y crecen siendo personas difícil de mostrar amor. >This new age and new adventure is just beginning and I hope to always be there supporting them in becoming more aware of the feelings of others and overcoming the fears they had as a baby. It is also very important at this age to show love and recognize each of their achievements and that they know how to value each thing and be sentimental with the members of the home. There are children and even adults who do not know or cannot show affection. They cannot say I love you, I love you, or something as simple as giving a hug 🫂 and they become adults like those beings that we call cold, but is it really their fault? I think that I do not think it was that they were not shown love in their home and they did not hear words so easy to say and so immense to hear like I love you, I love you, I miss you and they grow up being people who are difficult to show love to.
