Virtually no change - cold north wind and no sun
Another cold October day. Last year at this time I was still wearing shorts and sandals. Today I'm in a winter jacket and hat. Such is the global warming we're experiencing.
Kolejny zimny październikowy dzień. W zeszłym roku o tej porze chodziłem jeszcze w krótkich spodenkach i sandałach. Dzisiaj w zimowej kurtce i czapce. Takie mamy ocieplenie klimatu.
Only late in the afternoon, or rather just before sunset, did the sky clear up for a moment. Besides the beautiful, warm colors of the trees, that was the only noticeable warmth of the day.
Dopiero późnym popołudniem, a w zasadzie to tuż przed zachodem słońca niebo się delikatnie wypogodziło na chwilę. Poza pięknymi ciepłymi kolorami drzew, to było jedyne odczuwalne ciepło dnia dzisiejszego.

The birds, as usual—crows, jackdaws, and tits—have been fed. Even though it's getting colder, they're becoming more and more picky. Soon, I won't be able to find anything there without caviar and champagne.
Ptaszki w postaci niezmiennej, czyli wrony kawki i sikorki zostały nakarmione. Mimo iż jest coraz zimnej, to robią się coraz bardziej wybredne. Niedługo bez kawioru i szampana nie będę miał tam co szukać.
