Un saludo cordial a todos los amigos que comparten sus experiencias en esta comunidad, el día de hoy traigo un día divertido acompañando a mi mamá a realizar algunos ejercicios en este parque Bio saludable, creo que cuidar nuestra salud es bastante importante y siempre hay tiempo para realizar algún ejercicio o hobby favorito, muchas veces tenemos a nuestro alcance las herramientas necesarias para entender de manera positiva alguna actividad que beneficie nuestra salud y hoy me puse a pensar que teniendo este parque a nuestros alcances puedo tomar un tiempo de mis días y ponerme a ejercitar para mejorar mi salud y mantenerte activa.

Hace mucho tiempo estuve realizando spinning, en ese momento les aseguro que me sentía súper activa, sé que al principio es un poco difícil pero finalmente nos vamos adaptando a las diferentes rutinas, de esta manera por algún lado debemos empezar a mantener un ritmo de vida.
