Hello hello friends, how are you? This time I'm sharing a delicious sautéed chicken with vegetables, very tasty and easy to prepare.
>Hola hola amigos como están, en esta oportunidad les comparto un riquísimo pollo salteado con vegetales, muy rico y facil de preparar.
🍗 **Ingredients:**
1 chicken thigh, cut into chunks.
2 garlic cloves 🧄.
1/2 white onion 🧅.
1/4 green bell pepper.
1/2 carrot 🥕.
1 sweet chili 🫑.
A stalk of leek.
A few stalks of green onion.
Salt and pepper to taste. Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce to taste.
Oil and margarine.
>🍗 **Ingredientes:**
>1 muslo de pollo cortado en trozos.
2 dientes de ajo 🧄.
1/2 cebolla 🧅 blanca.
1/4 de pimentón verde.
1/2 zanahoria 🥕.
1 ají 🫑 dulce.
Un tallo de ajo porro.
Unos tallitos de cebollin.
Sal y pimienta al gustó.
Salsas inglesa y salsa soya al gusto.
Aceite y margarina.
🍗 **Preparation:**
Cut the chicken thigh into pieces, season with salt and pepper, add the crushed garlic, and spread the sauces well. Marinate for about 2 hours.
Cut the vegetables into julienne strips: onion 🧅, bell pepper, sweet chili 🫑, grate the carrot 🥕, and chop the leek and scallions into large pieces. Place a pot with oil and margarine on the stove and add the chicken pieces to fry. Once they're fried, add all the vegetables and sauté them with the chicken. Let them fry slightly, lower the heat, and cover to allow them to cook in their juices and steam. Finally, add the julienned tomato. Serve this exquisite dish with mashed potatoes and cilantro leaves.

>Cortamos en trozos el muslo de pollo, lo salpimentamos y le agregamos el ajo machacado y las salsas untamos bien, maceramos unas 2 horas.
>Cortamos las verduras en julianas, cebolla 🧅, pimentón, ají 🫑 dulce, la zanahoria 🥕 la rallamos y las ramas de ajo porro y cebollín también las cortamos en trozos grandes, colocamos una olla al fuego con aceite y margarina y agregamos los pedazos de pollo a freír, al estar fritos agregamos todos los vegetales y los sofreímos con el pollo, dejamos freír un poco bajamos el fuego y tapamos para que se cocine con sus jugos y el vapor, por último agregamos el tomate cortado en juliana, este exquisito platillo lo acompañe con un puré de papas y hojitas de cilantro.
