>Hola, hola apreciados amigos, feliz fin de semana, espero lo estén disfrutando, hoy les presento una exquisita ensalada con pasta y pollo, espero les agrade.
**Ingredients:**
100 g pasta.
1/4 white onion.
1 large tomato.
3 lettuce leaves.
1/2 carrot.
1/2 cucumber.
1 piece red cabbage.
Salt and pepper to taste.
>**Ingredientes:**

1/2 zanahoria.
1/2 pepino.
1 pedazo repollo morado.
Sal y pimienta al gusto.
**Preparation:**
With the chicken prepared and set aside, place a pot of water on the boil to cook the pasta. Before adding the pasta, add the salt.
Cut the onion into thin julienne strips, grate the carrot 🥕, slice the lettuce 🥬 and the red cabbage into thin strips, julienne the tomato 🍅 into thicker strips, and cut the cucumber 🥒 into half-moons.
Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and transfer it to a bowl. Add all the chopped vegetables and mix them together. Add the chicken and mix again. Finally, add the vinaigrette sauce, topping the entire mixture.
For the vinaigrette, add a few tablespoons of oil, a pinch of salt, pepper, vinegar, and lemon juice. Dress the salad with this mixture.
>**Preparación:**
>Tenemos el pollo preparado y reservado, colocamos una olla con agua a hervir para cocer la pasta, antes de colocar la pasta colocamos la sal.
>Cortamos la cebolla en julianas finas, la zanahoria 🥕 la rallamos, la lechuga 🥬 y el repollo morado en tiras finas, el tomate 🍅 en julianas mas gruesas, el pepino 🥒 lo cortamos en medias lunas.
>Al estar la pasta en su punto colamos y escurrimos la llevamos a un bol y allí agregamos todos los vegetales cortados y los mezclamos, agregamos el pollo y mezclamos de nuevo, por último agregamos la salsa vinagreta bañando toda la preparación.
>Para la vinagreta colocamos unas cucharadas de aceite, una pizca de sal, pimienta, vinagre y jugo de limón, con esta preparación aderezamos la ensalada.
