Que cosa más rica es cuando te enamoras de lo natural, del contacto con la naturaleza, de subir cerros, ver atardeceres, de la brisa fresca, de eso que no sabes que tiene, pero que te llena el alma y te recarga cuando estás en modo apagado...
Llegas a tu casa con las piernas adoloridas... Pero el bienestar que sientes internamente es gratificante, tanto que duermes como un bebé!
Nunca pensé que llegaría a decir las palabras que mi papá tanto me decía cuándo era una adolescente, 😅 "hija sal a trotar, vamos a caminar... Eso te hace sentir mejor". Hoy se las digo a mi esposo jajaja.
Hacer senderismo es una de esas cosas favoritas en mi lista de hobbies y si incluyen un atardecer, no hay distancia que me límite a disfrutar la experiencia! 😌🌄

I never thought I'd say the words my dad used to say to me so often when I was a teenager, 😅 "Honey, go for a jog, let's go for a walk... It'll make you feel better." Today I say them to my husband, ha ha ha.
Hiking is one of my favorite things on my list of hobbies, and if it includes a sunset, there's no distance that can limit me from enjoying the experience! 😌🌄
