Mirar atrás en algunas ocasiones te ayuda a medir el progreso que has alcanzado y llega a ser alentador en muchos casos, sin embargo en otras tantas ocasiones sólo te sirve de atraso. Lo que dejamos atrás ya no existe, lo que extrañamos ya no es... La nostalgia puede llegar hacernos dudar de las decisiones que hemos tomado aunque realmente hayan sido las más acertadas.
El pasado es estático... No sé puede alterar, no se puede cambiar. Cualquier acción por querer revivirlo o revertirlo será completamente inútil, porque la realidad es que todo cambia.
Para crecer en cualquier ámbito de la vida, en especial en el ámbito personal, es necesario que dejemos ir lo que ya forma parte de un pasado que no podemos revivir.
El precio del progreso es, a veces, la renuncia a la comodidad del recuerdo. El agua estancada huele mal, así que hay que fluir y soltar por completo lo que no nos deja seguir!💫
